【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題。實(shí)踐表明,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式,能夠有效地提升區(qū)域競爭力,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。陜西省要加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展如何,迫切需要做出切合實(shí)際的評(píng)價(jià),并有針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,這對(duì)于陜西省的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展無疑十分重要。論文主要從兩個(gè)層面對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究。第一個(gè)層面對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度進(jìn)行分析,第二個(gè)層面對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。論文第一個(gè)層面對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度進(jìn)行分析,以產(chǎn)業(yè)平均集中率和中心值指數(shù)法為研究方法。論文測算了陜西省不同地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度水平,并對(duì)1995-2014年各地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度變化趨勢進(jìn)行了研究。同時(shí),論文基于中心值指數(shù)原理構(gòu)造了分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度水平的二維平面氣泡圖。將陜西與浙江的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度水平進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究,更加客觀地展示了陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平的特點(diǎn)。論文的第二個(gè)層面對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。論文借助區(qū)位商法,從工業(yè)產(chǎn)值、企業(yè)數(shù)、從業(yè)人數(shù)三個(gè)方面對(duì)陜西省專業(yè)化程度較高的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行識(shí)別,共計(jì)21個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群案例。在國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)各類指標(biāo)的比較與篩選,建立了陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。借助區(qū)位商理論思想對(duì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理,以客觀賦權(quán)熵值法作為賦權(quán)方法,計(jì)算出不同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的得分,并對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平做出合理評(píng)價(jià)。在得出陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群得分的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合主成份分析法和線性回歸分析法對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展水平的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。研究表明,陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群正處于由成長期向成熟期過渡的重要階段,其中相關(guān)支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府政策和集群內(nèi)企業(yè)三方面要素對(duì)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展最具影響。最后,論文對(duì)如何促進(jìn)陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議,希望可以豐富我國有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的理論,并對(duì)今后陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is a hot topic in academic field. Practice shows that industrial cluster, as an industrial organization form, can effectively promote regional competitiveness and promote the development of regional economy. In order to speed up the development of regional economy and the development of industrial cluster in Shaanxi Province, it is urgent to make a realistic evaluation and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which is undoubtedly very important for the regional economic development of Shaanxi Province. This paper mainly evaluates the development level of industrial cluster in Shaanxi province from two aspects. The first is to analyze the degree of industrial agglomeration in Shaanxi Province, and the second is to evaluate the development level of industrial cluster in Shaanxi Province. The first aspect of this paper is to analyze the degree of industrial concentration in Shaanxi Province, and take the method of industrial average concentration rate and central value index as the research methods. This paper calculates the degree of industrial concentration in different regions of Shaanxi Province, and studies the trend of industrial concentration in different regions from 1995 to 2014. At the same time, based on the principle of central value index, a two-dimensional bubble diagram is constructed to analyze the level of industrial concentration. This paper makes a comparative study on the degree of industrial agglomeration between Shaanxi province and Zhejiang province, and shows the characteristics of industrial agglomeration level of Shaanxi province more objectively. The second aspect of the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province. With the help of location quotient law, this paper identifies the industrial clusters with higher specialization degree in Shaanxi Province from three aspects: industrial output value, number of enterprises and number of employees. There are 21 cases of industrial clusters in total. Based on the research of industrial cluster development evaluation at home and abroad, the evaluation index system of Shaanxi province industrial cluster development is established by comparing and screening various indicators. With the help of the theory of location quotient, the index data are standardized and the objective weighted entropy method is used as the weighting method to calculate the scores of different types of industrial clusters, and to make a reasonable evaluation of the development level of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province. On the basis of obtaining the score of Shaanxi industrial cluster, combined with principal component analysis and linear regression analysis, the influencing factors of the development level of Shaanxi industrial cluster are analyzed. The research shows that Shaanxi industrial cluster is in an important stage of transition from growing stage to mature period, in which the three factors of supporting industry, government policy and enterprises in the cluster have the most influence on the development of Shaanxi industrial cluster. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province, hoping to enrich the theory of industrial cluster development evaluation in China, and play a certain role in promoting the development of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province in the future.
