【摘要】：人才服務(wù)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)不可分割的組成部分,在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"之后的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期將會發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用,但隨之而來的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整也將對人才服務(wù)工作提出更高、更新的要求。
[Abstract]:As an integral part of the industrial economy, talent service will play a more and more important role in the critical period after the Chinese economy enters the "new normal". However, the following industrial transformation and structural adjustment will also put forward higher and newer requirements for talent service.
