【摘要】：國際貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的盛行嚴(yán)重削弱了基于比較優(yōu)勢的自由貿(mào)易增進(jìn)人類整體福利水平的能力,采取政策對沖手段來消除外國貿(mào)易保護(hù)政策影響,以有效維護(hù)本國弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)利益是合理的選擇。本文闡述了對弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)采取貿(mào)易保護(hù)政策的理論基礎(chǔ)及意義;對弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際貿(mào)易保護(hù)政策的內(nèi)生和外生影響因素進(jìn)行分析;提出優(yōu)化本國弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)保護(hù)對象選擇、貿(mào)易保護(hù)程度的政策優(yōu)化策略,及對弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的貿(mào)易保護(hù)政策的跨國博弈策略優(yōu)化路徑。
[Abstract]:The prevalence of international trade protectionism has seriously weakened the ability of free trade based on comparative advantage to enhance the overall level of human welfare and adopted policy hedging measures to eliminate the impact of foreign trade protection policies. It is a reasonable choice to effectively safeguard the interests of weak industries in our country. This paper expounds the theoretical basis and significance of adopting trade protection policies for vulnerable industries, and analyzes the endogenous and exogenous factors affecting the international trade protection policies of vulnerable industries. This paper puts forward the policy optimization strategy of optimizing the protection object of vulnerable industry, the degree of trade protection, and the transnational game strategy of trade protection policy for vulnerable industry.
