【摘要】：文章構建了包括綠色生產(chǎn)、綠色消費、綠色環(huán)境3個一級指標12個二級指標的綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合測度體系,借助時序全局主成分分析,利用2003-2014年"一帶一路"經(jīng)濟區(qū)17個省份相關數(shù)據(jù),對綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量進行綜合測度。測度結(jié)果顯示,"一帶一路"區(qū)域綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平整體呈曲線平緩趨勢,我國綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平滯后,內(nèi)蒙古、遼寧和新疆等省份的綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平甚至在平緩下降。然后,運用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,實證分析金融對"一帶一路"綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持力度。實證結(jié)果表明,金融規(guī)模的擴大顯著促進了"一帶一路"綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,但支持力度不足,金融效率及金融結(jié)構對綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展支持不明顯。最后,基于政策性金融、創(chuàng)新融資模式、增強資本市場"造血"功能及改善金融"軟環(huán)境"建設等視角,提出了具體的對策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a comprehensive measurement system of green industry, which includes green production, green consumption and green environment. Based on the data of 17 provinces in "Belt and Road" economic zone from 2003 to 2014, the development quality of green industry is comprehensively measured. The result shows that the development level of green industry in "Belt and Road" region is on a curve and gentle trend, the level of green industry in China lags behind, and the development level of green industry in Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Xinjiang and other provinces is even declining. Then, using panel data model, empirical analysis of financial support to "Belt and Road" green industry. The empirical results show that the expansion of financial scale has significantly promoted the development of "Belt and Road" green industry, but the support is insufficient, and the financial efficiency and financial structure have not obviously supported the development of green industry. Finally, based on the perspective of policy-oriented finance, innovative financing mode, enhancing the function of capital market "hematopoiesis" and improving the construction of financial "soft environment", this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions.
