產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作創(chuàng)新仿真模型研究

【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新已成為各國(guó)企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)致勝的關(guān)鍵。在政府的推動(dòng)下,2008年科技部等六部門(mén)發(fā)布了一系列指導(dǎo)性文件,符合于國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟得到了快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)、大學(xué)和其他組織機(jī)構(gòu)加入到聯(lián)盟的建設(shè)中,聯(lián)盟的研究也越來(lái)越受到學(xué)者的重視。已有學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的研究多集中在概念、動(dòng)機(jī)、優(yōu)勢(shì)、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)幾個(gè)方面,研究方法主要采用定性描述性方法(實(shí)證研究、理論研究以及案例研究),而對(duì)于聯(lián)盟主體間合作創(chuàng)新研究較少,且不能解釋聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新主體合作過(guò)程所引起的復(fù)雜性和宏觀涌現(xiàn)性。我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟具有真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)難以收集或者數(shù)據(jù)缺失等現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的研究方法無(wú)法解決這些問(wèn)題,而仿真方法能夠較好的彌補(bǔ)這些缺陷和不足。本文采用多主體建模的仿真方法對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,主要進(jìn)行了以下研究工作:首先根據(jù)聯(lián)盟中成員主體數(shù)目較多,在創(chuàng)新任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)下選擇若干創(chuàng)新主體進(jìn)行合作創(chuàng)新已成為當(dāng)今聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新主體的主要合作模式這一現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,對(duì)聯(lián)盟的主要構(gòu)成和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,建立了任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟概念模型,資源理論認(rèn)為企業(yè)等創(chuàng)新主體可以看作資源的集合體,則由創(chuàng)新主體組成的聯(lián)盟也是各種類(lèi)型資源的集合,聯(lián)盟總創(chuàng)新資源可以表示聯(lián)盟技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力;其次分析聯(lián)盟成員主體與創(chuàng)新任務(wù)的關(guān)鍵資源需求,建立聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新資源三層次指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新資源量化模型,采用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,量化聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新資源;最后將多主體建模方法應(yīng)用于聯(lián)盟主體合作創(chuàng)新研究,構(gòu)建基于創(chuàng)新資源最優(yōu)匹配的任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作創(chuàng)新仿真模型,并集成Anylogic仿真建模工具與Lindo優(yōu)化模型求解器對(duì)模型進(jìn)行可視化實(shí)現(xiàn)。仿真結(jié)果表明:創(chuàng)新任務(wù)的需求越高,完成任務(wù)后聯(lián)盟總創(chuàng)新資源越大;創(chuàng)新主體對(duì)無(wú)形資源的吸收能力越強(qiáng),聯(lián)盟參與創(chuàng)新任務(wù)的主體數(shù)目越少,聯(lián)盟的總創(chuàng)新資源越大;以創(chuàng)新資金為主要目標(biāo)的聯(lián)盟易造成資源浪費(fèi),注重創(chuàng)新知識(shí)更有利于聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation has become the key to the success of enterprises and industries all over the world. Driven by the government, in 2008, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other six departments issued a series of guiding documents. The strategic alliance for industrial technological innovation, which is in line with the national development strategy, has developed rapidly, and more enterprises have been engaged. Universities and other organizations join in the construction of alliance, and the research of alliance is paid more and more attention by scholars. Some scholars' researches on the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation are mainly focused on the concept, motivation, advantage and performance evaluation. The research methods are mainly qualitative and descriptive (empirical study, theoretical research and case study). However, there are few researches on cooperative innovation among alliance agents, which can not explain the complexity and macroscopic emergence caused by the cooperative process of alliance innovation agents. The strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation in our country has many practical problems, such as the real data is difficult to collect or the data is missing. The traditional research methods can not solve these problems, but the simulation method can make up for these defects and deficiencies. In this paper, the simulation method of multi-agent modeling is used to study the process of cooperative innovation in the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation. The main research work is as follows: firstly, according to the large number of members in the alliance, Under the realistic background of choosing several innovative subjects to cooperate and innovate under the driving of innovation task, this paper analyzes the main composition and characteristics of alliance, which has become the main cooperative mode of alliance innovation subject. The concept model of task-driven strategic alliance for industrial technological innovation is established. The resource theory holds that innovation agents such as enterprises can be regarded as a collection of resources, while the alliance composed of innovation agents is also a collection of various types of resources. The total innovation resources of the alliance can represent the technological innovation ability of the alliance; Secondly, it analyzes the key resource needs of the main body and the innovation task of the alliance, establishes the three-level index system of the alliance innovation resource, constructs the quantification model of the alliance innovation resource, determines the index weight by the analytic hierarchy process, and quantifies the innovation resources of the alliance. Finally, the multi-agent modeling method is applied to the cooperative innovation research of alliance agent, and the simulation model of task-driven industrial technological innovation strategic alliance cooperative innovation based on optimal matching of innovation resources is constructed. Anylogic simulation modeling tool and Lindo optimization model solver are integrated to visualize the model. The simulation results show that the higher the demand for the innovation task, the greater the total innovation resources of the alliance after the completion of the task, the stronger the absorptive capacity of the innovation agent to the intangible resources, the less the number of the agents participating in the innovation task, and the greater the total innovation resources of the alliance. The alliance with innovation fund as its main goal will cause waste of resources, and paying attention to innovation knowledge is more beneficial to the development of alliance.
