汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢和平臺化技術研究
[Abstract]:As the requirements of the world automobile market for automobile safety, environmental protection and energy conservation are constantly raised, laws and regulations are becoming increasingly stringent, automotive products are becoming increasingly personalized and diversified, the technical content of new products is increasing, and the speed of launching new products has been accelerated. Cause automobile product production cost to rise, competition intensifies. In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, major car companies are focusing their research and development on platform, generalization and modularization, environmental protection, electric and intelligent, car networking, intelligentization, modularization and new energy technology superimposed effects, and is redefining the automobile industry. The boundary between different industries is becoming more and more blurred, cross-border development and infiltration is becoming the trend, which brings great pressure to the development of traditional automobile enterprises, accurately grasp the development trend of the automobile industry, and formulate forward-looking strategic plans. Increasing R & D investment, increasing integration and M & A will be the key measures for traditional automobile enterprises to maintain competitiveness. This paper focuses on the automobile industry, analyzes the development of the platform strategy of the global spare parts industry and the major automobile enterprises, and summarizes and refines the experience of the global automobile enterprise platform on the basis of reading a lot of documents and comparative analysis. And the company's product platform and modularization as the goal, in the actual work of the research and promotion. This paper introduces the development trend of auto parts industry in the world and points out the development direction of Chinese parts enterprises. Secondly, the paper studies and analyzes the strategy of global automobile enterprise platform, summarizes the experience of platform and modularization, and points out that platform is the direction of vehicle enterprise survival and development at present. In view of the development trend of global automotive platform and modularization, our company has carried on the project promotion to the platform and the modularization strategy. Unified product planning, clear development of input conditions, through the standard Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, Nissan and other international advanced car enterprises, the preliminary development of the company's platform model; It establishes five parts of engine cabin, lower body, rear car bottom, electronic system and electrical parts, establishes the technical route and overall strategy of platform-based development, combs the general project of key assembly and parts of the enterprise; According to the target of modularization quantity issued by the company, the author draws up the implementation thought and the promotion measures, carries on the project advancement according to the common strategy of different kinds of parts and components, and has obtained the huge economic benefit in the actual work.
