新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:新能源汽車作為我國目前重點(diǎn)推動(dòng)發(fā)展的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對(duì)于緩解我國目前所面臨的能源困境,推動(dòng)我國制造業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),找尋新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長支柱,從長遠(yuǎn)來看都具有重要的價(jià)值和意義。但由于新能源汽車高昂的購置成本、相對(duì)較低的續(xù)航能力以及普及度較低的充電網(wǎng)點(diǎn)等問題,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式難以推動(dòng)其市場化進(jìn)程,因此商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新成為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心問題。本文首先結(jié)合我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及特點(diǎn),對(duì)我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新模型進(jìn)行了深入的系統(tǒng)性研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)初期的新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)體系,并運(yùn)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)比重。其次運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)來自三個(gè)國家的四個(gè)典型商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后基于前文研究分析結(jié)果,為我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出具有實(shí)踐意義的對(duì)策建議。研究結(jié)果表明:新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式是一套能夠滿足消費(fèi)者出行需求和環(huán)保需求,并持續(xù)地進(jìn)行商業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的運(yùn)行系統(tǒng),可以從定位、利益相關(guān)者結(jié)構(gòu)、盈利模式、關(guān)鍵資源能力和現(xiàn)金流結(jié)構(gòu)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。產(chǎn)業(yè)初期的新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)體系中,降低汽車擁有成本、降低電力擁有成本和使用智能充電設(shè)施指標(biāo)具有較高的權(quán)重。從商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的角度,新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式可以分為整合型和開放型:前者偏向于解決消費(fèi)者使用障礙,后者偏向于進(jìn)行商業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造。萬向和Autolib的整合型商業(yè)模式綜合評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)為“良好”水平,高于比亞迪和特斯拉的汽車制造商主導(dǎo)的開放型商業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important new industries in China, new energy vehicles can alleviate the current energy predicament, promote the structural reform and transformation of our manufacturing industry, and find a new pillar of economic growth. In the long run, they are of great value and significance. However, due to the high purchase cost of new energy vehicles, relatively low endurance capacity and low popularity of charging outlets, the traditional business model is difficult to promote its marketization process. Therefore, business model innovation has become the core issue of industrial development. Based on the current situation and characteristics of China's new energy automobile industry, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the business model innovation model of our country's new energy automobile industry. On this basis, the evaluation system of new energy automobile business model innovation in the initial stage of the industry is constructed, and the proportion of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, four typical business model innovation cases from three countries are empirically analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, based on the results of the previous research and analysis, the paper puts forward some practical suggestions for the development of new energy automobile industry in China. The results show that: the new energy automobile industry business model is a set of running system that can meet the needs of consumer travel and environmental protection, and continuously create commercial value, can be from the positioning, stakeholder structure, profit model, The key resource ability and cash flow structure carry on the business model innovation in five aspects. In the new energy automobile business model innovation evaluation system in the early stage of the industry, reducing the cost of vehicle ownership, reducing the cost of electricity ownership and using intelligent charging facilities has a higher weight. From the perspective of business model innovation, the new energy automobile industry business model can be divided into integrated type and open type: the former tends to solve the obstacles of consumer use, the latter tends to create commercial value. Universal and Autolib's integrated business model is rated as "good", higher than the open business model dominated by BYD and Tesla's automakers.
