【摘要】：目前,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展已經(jīng)進(jìn)入第四代發(fā)展階段并成為推動(dòng)各省市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要路徑之一。第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園作為產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的新型發(fā)展模式,吸引了各界專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者的關(guān)注。本文以中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)為研究對(duì)象深入探討第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展思路。中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園是中馬兩國(guó)合作建立的第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。園區(qū)以第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)為模式,不僅為中馬兩國(guó)的商業(yè)企業(yè)提供更加便捷的服務(wù),也對(duì)其他沿線國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了動(dòng)力支持。作為先行園區(qū),它的重要意義在于促進(jìn)中國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家及其他國(guó)家間開(kāi)展合作與交流。本文從導(dǎo)論入手,對(duì)第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園的選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及目的等加以分析。第二部分是分析第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園的理論基礎(chǔ),介紹中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展歷程和產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)基本概念內(nèi)涵,與產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)有關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分主要從國(guó)內(nèi)外自由貿(mào)易園區(qū)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括國(guó)際自貿(mào)區(qū)簡(jiǎn)述、國(guó)內(nèi)自貿(mào)區(qū)簡(jiǎn)述及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面進(jìn)行介紹。第四部分中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)環(huán)境分析,通過(guò)SWOT矩陣分析中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園園區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)及發(fā)展的機(jī)遇、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。第五章為中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園提出發(fā)展思路以及構(gòu)建"六位一體"的園區(qū)支持體系,為中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展構(gòu)建路徑分析,并為我國(guó)其他地區(qū)的第四代產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of industrial parks has entered the fourth generation of development and has become one of the important ways to promote the social and economic development of provinces and cities. As a new development model of industrial park, the fourth-generation industrial park attracts the attention of experts and scholars from all walks of life. In this paper, the problems existing in the construction of the fourth generation industrial park are discussed and the corresponding development ideas are put forward. China-Malaysia Industrial Park is the fourth-generation industrial park established in cooperation between China and Malaysia. Taking the fourth generation industrial park as the model, the park not only provides more convenient services for the commercial enterprises of China and Malaysia, but also provides power support for the economic development of other countries along the route. As a leading park, it is important to promote cooperation and exchange between China and ASEAN countries and other countries. Starting with the introduction, this paper analyzes the significance, research status and purpose of the fourth generation industrial park. The second part is to analyze the theoretical basis of the fourth generation industrial park, to introduce the history of industrial park development in China, the basic concept of industrial park connotation, and related to the theoretical basis of industrial park. The third part mainly from the domestic and foreign free trade park's practice experience, including the international free trade area brief description, the domestic free trade area brief description and the related experience aspect carries on the introduction. The fourth part is the analysis of the environment of the industrial park of Machin state in China. Through the analysis of SWOT matrix, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of the industrial park in Machinzhou are analyzed. The fifth chapter puts forward the development idea of the fourth generation industrial park and the support system of "six in one" for the construction of the fourth generation industrial park, and analyzes the path of construction for the development of the industrial park in Machin state. And provide reference for the construction of the fourth generation industrial park in other regions of our country.
