【摘要】：加快農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,增加農(nóng)民收入是農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村工作的首要問題和中心任務(wù),也是農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村工作的出發(fā)點和落腳點。近年來,我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營取得了很大成績,中央和地方出臺了 一系列的政策法規(guī)以保障農(nóng)民收入快速健康發(fā)展,從而農(nóng)民的生活水平也得到顯著的提高。當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài),農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)在條件發(fā)生了深刻變化,農(nóng)民增收越來越受到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球一體化發(fā)展的深刻影響,持續(xù)增收有機遇,但也有壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。在面對世紀(jì)挑戰(zhàn)和機遇的時期,堅持以增加農(nóng)民收入為目標(biāo),改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè),以農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為主線,全面提高農(nóng)業(yè)的綜合效益,大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)確保了農(nóng)民收入的穩(wěn)定增長。調(diào)查湘潭市湘蓮產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營模式和農(nóng)民收入現(xiàn)狀,分析當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民增收的原因及產(chǎn)業(yè)化對農(nóng)民收入的影響,對于我國其他地區(qū)的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民收入增長有著重大意義。論文對農(nóng)民收入的變化和湘蓮生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售、流通等環(huán)節(jié)作了多元線性回歸分析,證明了湘潭市湘蓮農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售和流通各環(huán)節(jié)與農(nóng)民總收入增長顯著正相關(guān),并且發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售、流通各環(huán)節(jié)的收入與龍頭企業(yè)總產(chǎn)值之間明顯正相關(guān),故培植發(fā)展龍頭企業(yè)是最有效的措施。龍頭企業(yè)與農(nóng)民在互惠互利的基礎(chǔ)上可以建立穩(wěn)定的合作伙伴關(guān)系,對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行保護(hù)性收購,使農(nóng)民的收入不因市場波動而造成損失。本文的結(jié)構(gòu)如下,第一章為緒論,介紹了本論文的研究目的和意義,國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的相關(guān)概念與基礎(chǔ)理論,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化這種戰(zhàn)略思想和經(jīng)營方式適應(yīng)于我國城鄉(xiāng)從計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)向社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的要求,適應(yīng)于我國農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展水平,有利于農(nóng)村各業(yè)特別是農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展與市場接軌,有利于調(diào)動各行各業(yè)的積極性支援農(nóng)業(yè),實現(xiàn)以工補農(nóng)、以貿(mào)促農(nóng),實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)利益在各行業(yè)之間的合理分配,有利于按照市場供求關(guān)系調(diào)配生產(chǎn)要素,農(nóng)村剩余勞動力的轉(zhuǎn)移,促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收,有利于穩(wěn)定和提高農(nóng)村聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)的適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,實現(xiàn)中國農(nóng)業(yè)的第二次飛躍,有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)。第三章對湘潭市湘蓮產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,分析其優(yōu)勢、缺點以及農(nóng)民收入繼續(xù)增長的機遇。第四章對湘蓮產(chǎn)業(yè)的增收效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析,分析湘潭市湘蓮農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售和流通各環(huán)節(jié)與農(nóng)民總收入的關(guān)系,分析各環(huán)節(jié)的收入與龍頭企業(yè)總產(chǎn)值之間的關(guān)系。第五章對湘潭市湘蓮產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營和農(nóng)民增收給出了一些建議。第六章對論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of agriculture and increasing farmers' income are the primary problems and central tasks of agricultural and rural work, as well as the starting point and foothold of agricultural and rural work. In recent years, China's agricultural industrialization has made great achievements, the central and local government issued a series of policies and regulations to ensure the rapid and healthy development of farmers' income, and thus the standard of living of farmers has also been significantly improved. At present, China's economy has entered a new normal, and the external environment and internal conditions of agricultural development have undergone profound changes. Increasing farmers' income is more and more deeply affected by the development of the national economy and global integration, and there are opportunities for sustained income growth. But there are also pressures and challenges. In the face of the challenges and opportunities of the century, we should aim at increasing farmers' income, transform traditional agriculture, take agricultural structural adjustment as the main line, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive benefits of agriculture. Vigorously developing the rural economy has ensured the steady growth of farmers' income. It is of great significance for the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers' income in other areas of our country to investigate the management mode of Xianglian industrialization and the present situation of farmers' income in Xiangtan city, and analyze the reasons of increasing farmers' income and the influence of industrialization on farmers' income. The paper makes multiple linear regression analysis on the change of farmers' income and the production, processing, sale and circulation of Xianglian. It proves that Xianglian agricultural industrialization production and processing in Xiangtan City. The income of production, processing, sale and circulation is positively correlated with the gross output value of leading enterprises, so cultivating and developing leading enterprises is the most effective measure. Leading enterprises and farmers on the basis of mutual benefit can establish a stable partnership for the protection of agricultural products, so that farmers' income will not be lost due to market fluctuations. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and basic theories of agricultural industrialization. The strategic thinking and management mode of agricultural industrialization is adapted to the requirements of China's urban and rural areas from a planned economy system to a socialist market economy system. Adapting to the level of development of rural productive forces in our country, it is conducive to the development of rural industries, especially agriculture, to the integration of the market, to mobilize the enthusiasm of various industries to support agriculture, to realize subsidies for agriculture by industry, and to promote agriculture through trade. The rational distribution of rural economic benefits among various industries is conducive to the allocation of factors of production in accordance with the relationship between supply and demand in the market, the transfer of surplus rural labor force, the increase of farmers' income, and the stabilization and improvement of the responsibility system for contracted output in rural areas. Promoting the moderate scale management of agriculture and realizing the second leap of Chinese agriculture will help to promote rural industrialization and urban construction. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Xianglian industrialization in Xiangtan city, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and the opportunities for farmers' income to continue to increase. The fourth chapter analyzes the effect of increasing income of Xianglian industry, analyzes the relationship between the agricultural industrialization production, processing, sales and circulation of Xiangtan City and the total income of farmers, and the relationship between the income of each link and the gross output value of leading enterprises. The fifth chapter gives some suggestions on Xianglian industrialization management and farmers' income increase in Xiangtan City. Chapter six summarizes the thesis.
