【摘要】：正引言最近林毅夫和張維迎關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的爭論引起學(xué)界與公眾的關(guān)注。這場辯論之所以引起大家的關(guān)注,是因?yàn)樵谖覈M(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下,這場辯論對政府與市場在我國未來資源配置中究竟如何發(fā)揮更好的作用,以及如何真正促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展這些關(guān)鍵問題具有重要的政策含義。張維迎基于哈耶克自由主義經(jīng)濟(jì)主張,明確主張廢除任何形式的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策。他認(rèn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)政策是變相的計劃經(jīng)濟(jì),政府與專家都難以預(yù)見未來的創(chuàng)新,在這種情況下,
[Abstract]:The recent debate between Lin Yifu and Zhang Weiying on industrial policy has attracted the attention of scholars and the public. The reason why this debate has aroused public concern is that under the background of our country's entering a new normal state of economy and economic transformation, this debate has a better effect on how the government and the market will play a better role in the allocation of resources in the future of our country. And how to promote the innovation industry development these key issues have important policy implications. Zhang Weiying, based on Hayek's liberal economic proposition, explicitly advocated the abolition of any form of industrial policy.
