【摘要】：市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮,促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,其發(fā)展模式已延伸到工業(yè)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,而石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群則更是近年來(lái)討論的熱點(diǎn)。石油裝備制造業(yè)是石油工業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),是制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,石油裝備的制造水平與應(yīng)用程度是一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力的重要體現(xiàn)。當(dāng)前正是我國(guó)石油裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形式發(fā)展能夠顯著地提高石油裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。對(duì)石油裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行全面的研究,客觀評(píng)價(jià)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,探索提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的路徑,對(duì)于提高石油裝備制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力進(jìn)而促進(jìn)石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題作進(jìn)一步的探索。選取東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行“鉆石模型”分析,指出影響東營(yíng)石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素,并將其分為投入影響因素和產(chǎn)出影響因素,為建立東營(yíng)石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系做鋪墊;其次,結(jié)合東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的自身特點(diǎn),并且根據(jù)相關(guān)理論構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力DEA評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行DEA評(píng)價(jià),指出其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平并做出分析;最后對(duì)于東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)一步提升提出對(duì)策建議。通過(guò)對(duì)東營(yíng)石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià),可以從側(cè)面展現(xiàn)我國(guó)石油裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,促進(jìn)東營(yíng)市石油裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群更好地發(fā)展,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)推動(dòng)?xùn)|營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The prosperity of market economy has promoted the development of industrial cluster, and its development model has been extended to all fields of industry, and the industrial cluster of petroleum equipment manufacturing has been the focus of discussion in recent years. Petroleum equipment manufacturing industry is an important foundation of the development of petroleum industry and an important part of the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing level and application degree of petroleum equipment is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength. The development of China's petroleum equipment manufacturing industry in the form of industrial cluster can significantly improve the development level of oil equipment manufacturing industry. This paper makes a comprehensive study on the competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster, evaluates its competitiveness level objectively, and explores the way to enhance its competitiveness. It is of great significance to improve the competitive ability of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry and promote the development of petroleum industry. On the basis of domestic and foreign related research results, this paper makes a further exploration on the evaluation of industrial cluster competitiveness. Taking Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster as the research object, the paper firstly analyzes the "diamond model" of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster, and points out the factors that affect the competitiveness of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster. It can be divided into input factors and output factors, which will pave the way for establishing the evaluation index system of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster competitiveness. Secondly, according to the characteristics of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster, and according to the relevant theory to construct the DEA evaluation model of industrial cluster competitiveness, the paper evaluates the competitiveness of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster by DEA. To point out the level of competitiveness and make an analysis; Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further enhance the competitiveness of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster. Through the evaluation of the competitiveness of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster, we can show the development status of our petroleum equipment industry cluster from the side, and promote the better development of Dongying petroleum equipment manufacturing industry cluster. In order to achieve the goal of promoting the economic development of Dongying.
