中國(guó)省際信息產(chǎn)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)的趨同:2005-2012
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the information industry is an important engine for the developed countries, such as the United States, to achieve the goal of economic growth, which is of great significance for our country to adjust its industrial structure. Affected by the 2008 financial crisis, weak economic performance around the world, the information industry is an important boost to economic stability. China is in the period of transforming economic structure, information industry as a strategic leading industry can not be ignored. Based on the data of information industry development in 28 regions of China from 2005 to 2012, this paper studies the convergence of the growth of total factor productivity (Total Factor Productivity,) of China's inter-provincial information industry (TFP). Firstly, it defines the concept, scope, characteristics and current situation of information industry at home and abroad. Clear information industry promotes the important meaning of economic growth. Secondly, the TFP growth rate of information industry is measured by Malmquist index method, and its formation motivation and development trend are analyzed. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the change of TFP growth rate in information industry from the angle of region, efficiency index and industry composition. Thirdly, based on the previous research, we construct 蟽 convergence model, absolute 尾 convergence model, club convergence model and conditional 尾 convergence model to test the convergence of information industry TFP. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, this paper summarizes the full text, and puts forward policy recommendations from four aspects: promoting regional coordinated development, paying attention to talent training, building independent innovation system and reducing government intervention. The results show that: first, the average TFP growth rate of China's information industry in 2005-2012 is 9. 4%. Technical efficiency and technological progress jointly promote the TFP growth rate of the information industry. The TFP growth rate of the information manufacturing industry and the TFP growth rate track of the information service industry show a deviation trend. Second, the TFP growth rate of the information industry in the central region is the highest, followed by the western region and the eastern region. To a certain extent, the TFP growth rate in the relatively developed regions is lower, and the TFP growth rate in the less developed regions is relatively high. The increase of TFP growth rate in information manufacturing industry originates from the mutual promotion of technological efficiency and technological progress, while the information service industry only depends on the improvement of technological progress. Thirdly, the TFP growth rate of information manufacturing industry is higher than the TFP growth rate of information service industry. Fourth, China's information industry does exist absolute 尾-convergence, club convergence and conditional 尾-convergence. Government behavior has a negative effect on the growth rate of TFP in information industry, and economic freedom has a positive effect on it.
