【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,中央多次強調(diào)要推進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展,推進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合和價值鏈提升。洛陽市是中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)重要的工業(yè)和旅游城市,其一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要的推動和提升作用。牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)在洛陽市一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展過程中起著十分重要的推動作用,不僅為洛陽市經(jīng)濟建設做出巨大貢獻,也促進了洛陽市一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。本文以洛陽市牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究“紅線”,深入探析洛陽市依托牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)促進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合問題,圍繞洛陽市依托牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)促進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的現(xiàn)狀、主要形式、優(yōu)劣勢、存在問題及成因等幾大方面進行了調(diào)研和分析,為洛陽市一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展提供一個新的思路、方法和突破口。本文主要采用調(diào)查研究、文獻研究和對比分析等研究方法以及經(jīng)濟分工理論、技術融合理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營理論以及六次產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論等理論基礎。首先,本論文從理論角度對產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合等一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合相關概念進行了闡釋;其次,通過對洛陽市牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)研和資料查閱,分析洛陽市依托牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)促進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢和主要形式,并歸納出其發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及問題成因;最后,本論文提出了洛陽市促進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的對策建議。本論文分為五大部分,第一、二部分對一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的發(fā)展背景、研究意義以及相關概念和理論基礎進行了介紹;第三、四部分主要研究洛陽市牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)劣勢分析、總體情況分析、主要模式分析、存在的問題及成因分析;第五部分對洛陽市依托牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)促進一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合提出具有針對性的對策和建議,包括組建產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會、改革經(jīng)營機制、打造競爭機制、創(chuàng)新營銷體系等。本文的創(chuàng)新點:一是探討如何以牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)為紅線促進洛陽市一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合;二是探討依托牡丹產(chǎn)業(yè)深入分析一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展中存在的問題及成因。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Central Committee has repeatedly stressed the need to promote the integration of industrial chains and the upgrading of the value chain. Luoyang City is an important industrial and tourist city in Central Plains Economic Zone. The peony industry plays a very important role in the process of the integration and development of the first, second and third industries in Luoyang, which not only contributes greatly to the economic construction of Luoyang, but also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the first, second and third industries in Luoyang. This article takes Luoyang peony industry as the research "red line", deeply analyzes the problem of promoting the integration of the first, second and third industries based on the peony industry in Luoyang, and revolves around the present situation, main forms, advantages and disadvantages of promoting the integration of the first, second and third industries based on the peony industry in Luoyang. The existing problems and causes are investigated and analyzed in order to provide a new way of thinking, method and breakthrough for the integration and development of the primary, second and third industries in Luoyang. This paper mainly adopts the methods of investigation, literature research and comparative analysis, as well as the theory of economic division of labor, the theory of technology integration, the theory of industrialization management and the theory of six times industrialization, and so on. First of all, this paper explains the related concepts of industry, industrial convergence and so on from the perspective of theory. Secondly, through the field investigation and reference to the present situation of the development of peony industry in Luoyang, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the main forms of promoting the integration of the first, second and third industries by relying on the peony industry in Luoyang. The existing problems and the causes of the problems in the process of its development are also summarized. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of the first, second and third industries in Luoyang. This paper is divided into five parts. The first and second parts introduce the development background, research significance, related concepts and theoretical basis of the integration of the first, second and third industries. The third and fourth parts mainly study the status quo of peony industry development in Luoyang City, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, the overall situation analysis, the analysis of the main mode, the existing problems and the cause of formation. The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of the first, second and third industries by relying on the peony industry in Luoyang, including the establishment of industrial associations, the reform of management mechanism, the creation of competition mechanism, and the innovation of marketing system. The innovation of this paper is to discuss how to use peony industry as the red line to promote the integration of the first, second and third industries in Luoyang, and the second is to discuss the problems and causes in the development of the integration of the first, second and third industries based on the peony industry.
