【摘要】：山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了戰(zhàn)略性發(fā)展的時(shí)期。近年來,山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)仍處在不斷調(diào)整和優(yōu)化中,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本比較高、品種比較單一、質(zhì)量也不是很好,競爭力不強(qiáng),無法很好地滿足社會(huì)的需求,使得山東省農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展陷入了逆境中。對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整是解決與改善這些問題的最好方式,合理的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不僅可以提高農(nóng)民的收入,還能推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,研究山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)程度是很有必要的,對于促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷完善以及推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著很重要的意義。鑒于此,本文在借鑒了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合山東省實(shí)際情況,首先從理論層面分析農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長的關(guān)系。其次,文章從山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的歷程入手,結(jié)合其發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步探究了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章利用構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的分析模型(結(jié)構(gòu) 增長模型)與實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)(因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn))相結(jié)合的方法,將農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部各產(chǎn)業(yè)對農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)度做了比較。最后,針對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)查閱、靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)分析相結(jié)合、定量分析、比較分析的方法,并在構(gòu)建回歸模型時(shí)創(chuàng)造性的引入了4個(gè)控制變量,使模型的準(zhǔn)確性有了很大的提高。通過研究得到以下結(jié)論:(1)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng)能夠很好地促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長,但產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)依舊不合理,主要依賴種植業(yè)。今后應(yīng)大力發(fā)展畜牧業(yè)、漁業(yè)、林業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)間的均衡發(fā)展。(2)本文的實(shí)證回歸結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整對于山東省的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長來說,種植業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)最多,牧業(yè)次之、而后是漁業(yè),而林業(yè)對農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)并不顯著。(3)山東省在進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整時(shí)要具體地區(qū)具體分析,全省各地應(yīng)該充分利用本區(qū)優(yōu)勢,要發(fā)展適合自身特點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)業(yè),推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長。
[Abstract]:Shandong Province agricultural industrial structure adjustment has entered the strategic development period. In recent years, the agricultural industrial structure of Shandong Province is still in the process of continuous adjustment and optimization. The production cost of agricultural products is relatively high, the variety is relatively single, the quality is not very good, and the competitiveness is not strong, so it is unable to meet the needs of the society very well. The development of agriculture in Shandong Province has fallen into adversity. The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is the best way to solve and improve these problems. A reasonable agricultural industrial structure can not only increase the income of farmers, but also promote the development of agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to study the contribution of agricultural industrial structure adjustment to agricultural economic growth in Shandong Province, which is of great significance in promoting the continuous improvement of agricultural industrial structure and promoting the development of agricultural economy. In view of this, based on the study of domestic and foreign scholars, combining with the actual situation of Shandong Province, this paper first analyzes the relationship between the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the growth of agricultural economy from the theoretical level. Secondly, the paper starts with the course of agricultural industrial structure adjustment in Shandong Province, and further explores the influence of agricultural industrial structure adjustment on agricultural economy in combination with the present situation of its development. On this basis, the paper combines the analysis model (structural growth model) and empirical test (causality test) to construct the agricultural industrial structure influencing agricultural economic growth. The contribution of various industries to agricultural economic growth is compared. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper uses the methods of literature reference, static and dynamic analysis, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis, and creatively introduces four control variables in the construction of regression model, which greatly improves the accuracy of the model. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the change of industrial structure can promote the growth of agricultural economy, but the internal structure of industry is still unreasonable and mainly depends on planting industry. In the future, we should vigorously develop animal husbandry, fishery and forestry, and realize the balanced development among industries. (2) the empirical regression results of this paper show that the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure contributes the most to the agricultural economic growth in Shandong Province. The contribution of forestry to the agricultural economy is not significant. (3) Shandong Province should make concrete analysis of the specific regions when carrying out the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, and all parts of the province should make full use of the advantages of this region. Should develop the industry that suits oneself characteristic, promote the rapid growth of agricultural economy.
