【摘要】：通過分析福建茶樹品種資源搜集保護與利用、茶樹育種目標的變遷與品種選育、育成品種來源與茶類適制性、品種對產(chǎn)業(yè)推動和茶類貢獻及茶農(nóng)增效等概況,結(jié)果表明:福建茶樹品種資源豐富,已搜集保護與利用品種資源或育種材料7 000多個;隨著早生、高產(chǎn)到優(yōu)質(zhì)育種目標的變遷,現(xiàn)已育成品種45個,其中35.6%的品種適制烏龍茶、紅茶和綠茶,26.7%的品種適制白茶,具有多茶類適制和轉(zhuǎn)制茶類靈活的優(yōu)勢;茶樹良種的陸續(xù)育成及其配套栽培技術(shù)的普及與推廣,促進了茶園面積的增長、茶葉單產(chǎn)的提高和茶類結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,進而推動福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展;并對今后福建茶樹資源搜集、多元化和個性化特色育種、良種推廣和茶類加工等進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the collection, protection and utilization of tea variety resources in Fujian, the changes of tea breeding objectives and variety selection, the origin of tea varieties, the suitability of tea varieties, the contribution of tea varieties to industry, and the increasing efficiency of tea farmers, etc. The results showed that the variety resources of tea trees in Fujian were abundant, and more than 7 000 varieties or breeding materials had been collected, protected and utilized. With the change of breeding goal from early growth to high yield to good quality, 45 varieties have been developed, of which 35.6% are suitable for oolong tea, 26.7% for black tea and green tea, and 26.7% for white tea. It has the advantages of multi-tea type suitable for making and transforming tea class flexible; The continuous development of tea varieties and the popularization and popularization of related cultivation techniques have promoted the increase of tea garden area, the improvement of tea yield and the optimization of tea structure, thus promoting the rapid development of Fujian tea industry. The collection of tea resources in Fujian Province, the breeding of diversified and individualized characteristics, the extension of improved varieties and the processing of tea were prospected.
