【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展致使目前村落大量勞動(dòng)力外流,農(nóng)村人口減少,“空心村”現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,廢棄宅基地、閑置宅院空間等日益增多,隨之帶來的農(nóng)村閑置房屋的危害顯而易見,而解決問題的關(guān)鍵在于如何盤活利用閑置農(nóng)村住宅資源。近年來,旅游民宿產(chǎn)業(yè)作為旅游業(yè)的附屬產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,民宿作為利用閑置房屋資源,經(jīng)過修繕及設(shè)計(jì),為游客提供食宿及休閑的旅游設(shè)施無(wú)疑為我國(guó)的閑置住房提供了有效的利用思路。充分認(rèn)識(shí)和了解關(guān)中目前關(guān)中現(xiàn)居宅院閑置狀況,有效利用關(guān)中農(nóng)村空閑房屋,盤活閑置居住空間,利用當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源,將其改造為能夠促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的鄉(xiāng)村民宿,從而帶動(dòng)整體鄉(xiāng)村民宿旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,成為本論文的研究重點(diǎn)。論文首先通過文獻(xiàn)搜集及資料整理分析,對(duì)本文所涉及到的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行定義和界定,了解目前有關(guān)本論題的研究現(xiàn)狀,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外民宿發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析民宿市場(chǎng)的需求定位,明確民宿的本質(zhì)特性,強(qiáng)調(diào)民宿對(duì)于促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的重要性及其當(dāng)下所面臨的問題;其次從調(diào)研入手,了解目前陜西關(guān)中農(nóng)村被調(diào)研地區(qū)住宅總體閑置情況,著重選取9個(gè)村落18個(gè)典型戶進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,分析其閑置狀況;通過資料收集及案例分析總結(jié)民宿設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法及關(guān)中現(xiàn)居宅院閑置空間民宿改造方法,最后將民宿設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用于宅院閑置空間改造當(dāng)中,進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐及檢驗(yàn)其理論的可操作性。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urbanization has led to the outflow of a large number of rural labor force, the decrease of rural population, the increasingly serious phenomenon of "hollow village", and the increasing number of abandoned homestead and idle homestead space, etc. The harm of idle rural housing is obvious, and the key to solve the problem lies in how to make full use of idle rural housing resources. In recent years, tourism residential industry as a subsidiary industry of tourism has flourished. As a resource of unused houses, it has been renovated and designed. The tourist facilities which provide accommodation and leisure for tourists undoubtedly provide an effective way of using idle houses in our country. Fully understand and understand Guanzhong present living house idle condition, make effective use of Guanzhong rural free house, activate idle living space, utilize local tourism resources, transform it into rural dwelling house which can promote the development of rural economy, Thus driving the development of the whole rural residential tourism industry has become the focus of this paper. First of all, through literature collection and data analysis, this paper defines and defines the relevant concepts involved in this paper, understand the current research situation of this topic, and comb the development of domestic and foreign residential housing. This paper analyzes the demand orientation of the residential market, clarifies the essential characteristics of the lodging, and emphasizes the importance of the residential housing in promoting rural construction and the problems it faces. Secondly, it starts with the investigation and research. To understand the general situation of housing idle in the rural area of Guanzhong, Shaanxi Province at present, 18 typical households in 9 villages are selected for in-depth investigation, and the idle situation is analyzed. Through the data collection and the case analysis summarizes the general method of the residential house design and the Guanzhong present residence idle space folk housing transformation method, finally applies the residential house design method to the homestead idle space transformation, Carry on the design practice and test the maneuverability of its theory.
