【摘要】：隨著生產(chǎn)模式向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變,數(shù)控機(jī)床的智能化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)越來越明顯,正逐步成為產(chǎn)生大數(shù)據(jù)的智能終端。由于采用國(guó)外數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)控機(jī)床固有的安全漏洞、后門以及智能工廠聯(lián)網(wǎng)后的開放性等賽博安全問題使產(chǎn)品信息安全面臨嚴(yán)重威脅。應(yīng)采取提高綜合協(xié)同防護(hù)能力、部署可信數(shù)據(jù)防護(hù)機(jī)制、深入推進(jìn)實(shí)施"換腦工程"等措施來保障數(shù)控機(jī)床的自主可控和智能工廠的信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of production mode to networked cooperative production, the intelligent development trend of NC machine tools is becoming more and more obvious, and it is becoming the intelligent terminal that produces big data gradually. Due to the inherent security loopholes of CNC machine tools using foreign CNC systems, the security problems of cyberspace such as back door and the openness of intelligent factories after networking, the security of product information is seriously threatened. Measures should be taken to improve the ability of comprehensive cooperative protection, to deploy credible data protection mechanism, and to promote the implementation of "brain changing engineering" to ensure the autonomy and controllability of NC machine tools and the information construction of intelligent factories.
