基于關(guān)鍵成功因素的JY公司產(chǎn)業(yè)培育模式研究

【摘要】:隨著人類對(duì)自然資源需求的不斷增加,自20世紀(jì)70年代起,全球已進(jìn)入生態(tài)超載的狀態(tài)。2008年,全球人均生態(tài)足跡已經(jīng)超過了地球生物承載力的50%,也就是說,當(dāng)前人類所消耗的可再生能源和所排放的二氧化碳需要1.5個(gè)地球才能達(dá)到平衡,生態(tài)耗竭速度的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中,碳足跡的增長占據(jù)了主要部分。2013年9月IPCC評(píng)估報(bào)告中也提到,過量排放的二氧化碳和全球氣候變暖之間存在著聯(lián)系。發(fā)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),過量的二氧化碳更多地來源于人類的活動(dòng)。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各國政府在限制二氧化碳排放的同時(shí),也逐步認(rèn)識(shí)到二氧化碳是溫室氣體的主要構(gòu)成部分,是一種儲(chǔ)量豐富的可再生資源。雖然學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)二氧化碳的應(yīng)用研究還處于初步階段,對(duì)惰性氣體二氧化碳的轉(zhuǎn)化開發(fā)仍然存在很多技術(shù)問題。但是人類如果能夠突破技術(shù)瓶頸,將二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)化成新型材料等有機(jī)化工產(chǎn)品,這些重大突破不僅可以減緩人類對(duì)石油等傳統(tǒng)資源的依賴,還會(huì)由此拓展出龐大的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,具有重大的環(huán)保和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。 由于眾多因素影響,我國的低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)仍處于初期發(fā)展階段,在管理研發(fā),生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營等方面缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn),導(dǎo)致其競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)較為薄弱。因此,如何結(jié)合企業(yè)所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和企業(yè)自身具備的資源,從眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)成功因素中識(shí)別出與本企業(yè)最相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵成功因素,通過梳理這些因素間的關(guān)系從而幫助企業(yè)對(duì)這些因素加以認(rèn)知并予以改善,從而提升企業(yè)乃至整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力,已成為當(dāng)今低碳企業(yè)決策者所面臨的重大課題。 首先,本文闡述了研究背景,介紹了JY公司的概況,并對(duì)相關(guān)管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀作了回顧和總結(jié),分別對(duì)JY公司所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,市場(chǎng)狀況進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)公司的企業(yè)文化、人員構(gòu)成、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、技術(shù)能力和管理制度分析了企業(yè)的內(nèi)部因素。其次,通過與二氧化碳共聚物應(yīng)用材料行業(yè)的專家循環(huán)訪談設(shè)定了56項(xiàng)影響二氧化碳共聚物應(yīng)用材料產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營的關(guān)鍵成功因素,繼而依據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)成功因素的概念和識(shí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)成功因素的識(shí)別,繼而確定二氧化碳應(yīng)用材料產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)成功因素。在結(jié)合JY公司自身資源和能力的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)關(guān)鍵成功因素的特征,應(yīng)用ISM將眾多相關(guān)成功因素進(jìn)行串聯(lián),從而就對(duì)公司發(fā)展的影響程度進(jìn)行排序,使JY公司在充分了解企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境及自身競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)戰(zhàn)略選擇加以認(rèn)識(shí),制定出適合企業(yè)生存的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。再次,通過明確JY公司的戰(zhàn)略原則,,制定基于JY公司主導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)培育模式。最后,為保障JY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,分別從企業(yè)文化、人才培養(yǎng)、技術(shù)支持、資金支持、政策支持等方面提供有效的保障策略。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for natural resources, the world has been in ecological overload since the 1970s. In 2008, the per capita ecological footprint of the world has exceeded 50 percent of the earth's biological carrying capacity. It takes 1.5 Earth to balance the renewable energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, and the increase in carbon footprint is a major part of the ecological depletion rate, as mentioned in the September 2013 IPCC assessment. There is a link between excessive emissions of carbon dioxide and global warming. The study found that excess carbon dioxide originates more from human activity. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, governments have gradually realized that carbon dioxide is the main component of greenhouse gas and a kind of abundant renewable resource. Although the application of carbon dioxide in academia is still in its initial stage, there are still many technical problems in the conversion and development of inert gas carbon dioxide. But if human beings can break through the technological bottleneck and convert carbon dioxide into organic chemical products such as new materials, these major breakthroughs will not only reduce people's dependence on traditional resources such as oil. Also will expand the huge emerging industry chain, has the significant environmental protection and the economic significance. Because of the influence of many factors, the low carbon industry in China is still in the initial stage of development, lack of experience in management, research and development, production and operation, resulting in its competitive advantage is relatively weak. Therefore, how to identify the most relevant key success factors from many industry success factors, combining the industrial environment and the resources of the enterprise itself, By combing the relationship between these factors to help enterprises to understand and improve these factors, thus to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and even the entire industry, has become a major issue facing the decision makers of low-carbon enterprises. First of all, this paper describes the research background, introduces the general situation of JY company, reviews and summarizes the research status of the related management theory, and analyzes the current situation of the industry development and the market situation of the JY company, respectively. Based on the corporate culture, personnel composition, financial situation, technical ability and management system, this paper analyzes the internal factors of the company. Secondly, 56 key success factors of carbon dioxide copolymers applied materials industry were set up by circular interviews with experts in the application materials industry of carbon dioxide copolymers, and then according to the concept and identification criteria of industry related success factors. Identify the industry-related success factors, and then determine the relevant success factors of carbon dioxide application material industry. On the basis of combining JY company's own resources and ability, according to the characteristics of key success factors, ISM is used to connect many related success factors, and then the degree of influence on the development of the company is ranked. On the basis of fully understanding the internal and external environment of the enterprise and its own competitive advantage, JY Company can understand the strategic choice and formulate a development strategy suitable for the survival of the enterprise. Thirdly, by clarifying the strategic principles of JY, the industrial cultivation model based on JY's leading industrial ecosystem is established. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of JY's development strategy, effective strategies are provided from the aspects of corporate culture, talent training, technical support, financial support, policy support and so on.
