【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深入,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)邁入了發(fā)展的快車道,產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的生產(chǎn)水平得到提升,技術(shù)不斷革新,產(chǎn)業(yè)部門在由低層次向高層次演進(jìn)。金融業(yè)在改革開放中同樣得到了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,金融體系逐漸健全,金融部門更具有專業(yè)性。產(chǎn)業(yè)資本的不斷發(fā)展,金融領(lǐng)域的更加開放,使得產(chǎn)業(yè)和金融業(yè)之間聯(lián)系愈加緊密,產(chǎn)業(yè)資本對(duì)金融業(yè)的滲透使得它對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)有了更大的影響力。在行業(yè)壁壘逐漸消除的情況下,產(chǎn)業(yè)資本和金融資本的結(jié)合會(huì)更加緊密,產(chǎn)業(yè)與金融業(yè)間產(chǎn)融結(jié)合會(huì)更加普遍,產(chǎn)融結(jié)合程度會(huì)更大。當(dāng)前,產(chǎn)業(yè)部門在發(fā)展過程中存在著一系列問題,生產(chǎn)效率低下、落后產(chǎn)能較多、缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等都制約著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)勢(shì)在必行。本文旨在通過研究產(chǎn)業(yè)資本與金融資本的融合過程,分析它對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的影響。文章首先通過整理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于產(chǎn)融結(jié)合和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的理論研究,從影響機(jī)制方面分析產(chǎn)融結(jié)合是能夠促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一種途徑。之后對(duì)中國(guó)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的發(fā)展進(jìn)程和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,并且通過公司金融活躍度、產(chǎn)融結(jié)合強(qiáng)度、公司收益水平三個(gè)方面研究產(chǎn)融結(jié)合對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響。最后在VAR模型框架下進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,通過Johansen協(xié)整分析和格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)得出產(chǎn)融結(jié)合強(qiáng)度、公司金融活躍度、公司收益水平會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整比率變化產(chǎn)生作用,三者和產(chǎn)融結(jié)合調(diào)整比率在較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間區(qū)間內(nèi)存在著穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系；通過脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)與方差分解來更加具體判斷當(dāng)自變量受到?jīng)_擊后,在今后一段時(shí)期內(nèi),對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整比率的影響,及產(chǎn)融結(jié)合強(qiáng)度、公司金融活躍度、公司收益水平各自對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整比率具體的影響程度。通過實(shí)證分析本文得出產(chǎn)融結(jié)合強(qiáng)度、公司金融活躍度、公司收益水平能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整比率產(chǎn)生影響,說明了產(chǎn)融結(jié)合和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整相互間是存在著影響關(guān)系。因此為了改變我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,促使產(chǎn)業(yè)向更高層次演進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本同金融資本的融合滲透,加大產(chǎn)融結(jié)合水平是一個(gè)有效途徑。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the economy of our country has entered the fast lane of development, the production level of the industry department has been improved, the technology has been innovated, and the industry department is evolving from the low level to the high level. The financial industry has also made great progress in the reform and opening up, the financial system is gradually sound, and the financial sector is more professional. With the continuous development of industrial capital and the opening of financial field, the relationship between industry and financial industry becomes more and more close, and the penetration of industrial capital to financial industry makes it have more influence on financial institutions. With the gradual elimination of trade barriers, the combination of industrial capital and financial capital will become closer, the combination of industry and finance will become more common, and the degree of combination of industry and finance will be greater. At present, there are a series of problems in the development of industrial departments, such as low production efficiency, more backward production capacity, lack of core competitiveness, etc., which restrict the economic development of our country, so it is imperative to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of industrial capital and financial capital on the change of industrial structure by studying the fusion process of industrial capital and financial capital. Firstly, through the theoretical research on the combination of industry and finance and the adjustment of industrial structure, this paper analyzes the combination of industry and finance from the aspect of influence mechanism, which is a way to promote the adjustment of industrial structure. After that, it analyzes the current situation of the development process and the adjustment of the industrial structure of the combination of industry and finance in China, and through the degree of financial activity of the company, the intensity of the combination of production and finance. This paper studies the effect of industry-finance combination on industrial structure adjustment in three aspects of company income level. Finally, under the framework of VAR model, through Johansen cointegration analysis and Granger causality test, we find that the combination intensity of production and finance, the degree of corporate financial activity and the level of corporate income will have an effect on the change of industrial structure adjustment ratio. There is a stable relationship between the three factors and the ratio of production and finance adjustment in a long time range, and the impulse response function and variance decomposition are used to judge more concretely that when the independent variables are impacted, in a period of time to come, The influence of the ratio of industrial structure adjustment, the intensity of combination of industry and finance, the degree of corporate financial activity and the level of corporate income on the ratio of industrial structure adjustment are discussed. Through the empirical analysis of the intensity of the combination of production and finance, the degree of corporate financial activity, the level of corporate income can have an impact on the ratio of industrial structure adjustment, which shows that there is an impact relationship between the combination of production and finance and the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, in order to change the mode of economic growth of our country, promote the industrial evolution to a higher level, realize the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the integration of industrial capital and financial capital, and increase the level of combination of industry and finance, it is an effective way.
