蒙東能源集團(tuán)煤電鋁資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:This paper takes the "coal, electricity and aluminum" resource-based industry of Mendong Energy Group as the research object, and analyzes the development of the resource-based industrial chain of Mendong Energy Group from the perspective of circular economy. At present, the Mendong Energy Group has 46 million tons of coal production capacity, 1.9 million kilowatts of thermal power plants, 300000 kilowatts of wind power plants and 810000 tons of electrolytic aluminum in the Huolinhe region, and has built an independent microgrid. Formed a complete "coal electricity aluminum" industry chain. In this paper, the concept of circular economy, the development of coal, electricity and aluminum industry and other related theories are summarized, and the development process and basic situation of coal, electricity and aluminum industry of Mendong Energy Group are introduced, and the synergistic advantages of circular economy industry are summarized. And the opportunities faced by Mendong Energy Group in developing the coal, electricity, aluminum industry chain in the external environment, such as policies, markets, and so on, as well as the challenges in environmental protection, industry development, core competitiveness, etc. As well as the internal advantages and disadvantages in the coordinated development of the industrial chain and market competitiveness, independent innovation, talent, management, etc. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the development of coal, electricity and aluminum resources industry in Mendong Energy Group should adhere to the strategic direction of green energy and circular development, highlight green development, optimize the structure of independent power grid, deepen the concept of circular economy and extend the industrial chain. The development strategy of coal, electricity and aluminum resource industry driven by circular economy is in line with the development reality of Mendong Energy Group. In the process of development, Mendong Energy Group also needs to solve the industrial upgrading and extension in time and perfect the management and control mode. Only by deepening the concept of circular economy inculcating and transmitting and optimizing the industry development strategy driven by circular economy can the sustainable stable and fast development of coal electricity aluminum resource industry be ensured. Finally, according to the concept and requirements of circular economy, how to realize green development and circular development of Mendong energy group's "coal electricity aluminum" industry chain development strategy, from accurately grasp the macro environment, improve coal electricity aluminum strategic height, The paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures to break through the bottleneck of the development of industrial chain, strengthen the construction of human capital, increase the technological innovation and promote the degree of industrial integration. This paper makes a general analysis on how to promote the concept of circular economy and improve the development mode and quality of resource-based industry, and from the perspective of circular development, it enhances the understanding of the integrated development of coal, electricity and aluminum industry in China. It has important specimen significance and demonstration value for the development of coal, electricity and aluminum resource industry under the new normal state of economy.
