【摘要】：溫州地區(qū)作為我國(guó)東南沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)之一,其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展直接影響到我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)是加速各個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一大途徑,溫州農(nóng)村地區(qū)也不例外。目前,溫州農(nóng)村地區(qū)正大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村地區(qū)的特色產(chǎn)業(yè),推進(jìn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程。因此,本文選取溫州地區(qū)為例,研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群背景下農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平及路徑。本文從溫州農(nóng)村地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,著重分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群背景下溫州農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,剖析溫州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的關(guān)系,并探討溫州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的協(xié)同發(fā)展以及原因,最后根據(jù)溫州實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀嘗試性提出溫州農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展路徑。本文主要分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,主要包括研究目的及意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容及方法、研究框架、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及述評(píng)。第二部分是理論基礎(chǔ),包括小城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化等相關(guān)概念界定、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論發(fā)展、小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的關(guān)系等內(nèi)容。第三部分是溫州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特色、優(yōu)勢(shì)、路徑以及不足。第四部分是溫州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,主要探討溫州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的協(xié)同發(fā)展以及原因分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)戶籍制度、技術(shù)落后、市場(chǎng)不完善以及缺乏創(chuàng)新等原因?qū)е聹刂莩擎?zhèn)化發(fā)展緩慢。第五部分是溫州地區(qū)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展路徑與對(duì)策,從制度變遷、技術(shù)演進(jìn)、市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向以及創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)等路徑進(jìn)行探索。第六部分是結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:As one of the more developed southeast coastal economy in China, the economic development of Wenzhou has a direct impact on the economic development of our country. The optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is a major way to accelerate the economic development of various regions, and the rural areas in Wenzhou are no exception. At present, the rural areas of Wenzhou are making great efforts to develop the characteristic industries in rural areas and promote the rural areas. The development process of regional urbanization. Therefore, this article chooses Wenzhou area as an example to study the development level and path of rural urbanization under the background of industrial cluster. This paper, starting with the development status of industrial clusters and rural urbanization in rural areas of Wenzhou, focuses on the analysis of the urbanization development of Wenzhou agricultural village under the background of industrial cluster, and analyses the industrial cluster and agriculture of Wenzhou. The relationship between the development of village urbanization and the development of Wenzhou industrial cluster and urbanization and the reasons. Finally, according to the actual situation in Wenzhou, it tries to put forward the development path of rural urbanization in Wenzhou. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly includes the research contents and significance, the research contents and methods, the research framework and the creation. The second part is the theoretical basis, including the definition of small towns, rural urbanization and other related concepts, the development of industrial cluster theory, the connotation of the development of small towns, the relationship between industrial clusters and rural urbanization. The third part is the development status of the industrial clusters and urbanization in Wenzhou, including industrial clusters. The fourth part is the synergistic innovation of Wenzhou industrial cluster and urbanization development. It mainly discusses the cooperative development of industrial cluster and urbanization in Wenzhou and the reason analysis, and finds that the household registration system, technical backwardness, imperfect market and lack of innovation lead to the urbanization of Wenzhou. The fifth part is the path and Countermeasures for the development of rural urbanization in Wenzhou, and the sixth part is the conclusion from the path of institutional change, technology evolution, market orientation and innovation drive.
