石獅市海洋生物化工產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:《福建海峽藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》取得國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn),福建省成為繼山東、浙江、廣東之后大力發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的的試點(diǎn)省,在此背景下,傳統(tǒng)的紡織服裝名城——石獅市也積極謀求產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與升級,提出“建設(shè)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)市”,如何規(guī)劃建設(shè)石獅市海洋生物科技園對石獅的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以建設(shè)石獅市海洋生物科技園為例,對園區(qū)周邊海域海洋環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢測,從海洋生物化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合其在甲殼素化工及藻類化工方面的應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)石獅市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)存在海水養(yǎng)殖業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力差、水產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平低、甲殼素產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展困難多、海洋資源開發(fā)強(qiáng)度大及海洋環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重等問題,并提出海洋生物化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策。在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對海洋環(huán)境質(zhì)量做出評價,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對石獅市的海水養(yǎng)殖、水產(chǎn)品加工、甲殼素產(chǎn)業(yè)化及海洋資源保護(hù)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)入深入研究,分析石獅海洋生物科技園充分利用擁有世界最大氨基葡萄糖生產(chǎn)基地和福建省最大海水產(chǎn)品捕撈基地的優(yōu)勢,探索一條延伸和拓寬以甲殼素為核心的海洋生物產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈并大力發(fā)展海水養(yǎng)殖及水產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)化,為今后石獅市海洋生物科技園的拓展提供一個新的思路。對石獅擁有優(yōu)勢海洋生物資源開發(fā)有特色、高價值、市場叫好又叫座高科技產(chǎn)品提出指導(dǎo)性的建言,為石獅市海洋化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展少做彎路,做大做強(qiáng)石獅市海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體提供一定的參考意見。
[Abstract]:The "Development Plan for the Blue Economic Test area of the Fujian Strait" was approved by the State Council. Fujian Province has become a pilot province to vigorously develop the marine economy after Shandong, Zhejiang, and Guangdong. Against this background, Shishi City, a famous textile and clothing city, also actively seeks for industrial transformation and upgrading, and puts forward that "building a strong marine economy city", how to plan and build a marine science and technology park in Shishi City is of great significance to the sustainable development of stone lions. Taking the construction of Shishi Marine Life Science Park as an example, the quality of marine environment in the surrounding sea area of Shishi City is tested. Based on the present development situation of marine chemical industry and its application in chitin chemical industry and algal chemical industry, It is found that the marine industry in Shishi City has some problems such as poor sustainable development ability of mariculture, low level of aquatic product processing industrialization, many difficulties in the development of chitin industry chain, high intensity of exploitation of marine resources and serious damage to marine environment. The countermeasures for the development of marine biological chemical industry are put forward. On the basis of field investigation, the quality of marine environment is evaluated, and the application of mariculture, aquatic product processing, chitin industrialization and marine resource protection in Shishi City is deeply studied in combination with the development of marine industry at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the advantage of Shishi Marine Biological Science Park which has the largest production base of glucosamine in the world and the largest fishing base of seawater products in Fujian Province. Exploring an extension and widening of the marine biological industry chain with chitin as the core and vigorously developing mariculture and aquatic product processing industrialization will provide a new way of thinking for the development of marine biological science and technology park in Shishi City in the future. It has characteristics, high value and high value to the development of marine living resources with advantages of Shishi. The market calls for high technology products and puts forward guiding suggestions, so as to make less detours for the development of marine chemical industry in Shishi City. Bigger and stronger Shishi City marine economic entities to provide certain reference.
