【摘要】：目前,中國正處于城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的進程中。但是,城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展存在土地城鎮(zhèn)化與人口城鎮(zhèn)化非協(xié)調(diào)性發(fā)展的問題。研究證明,發(fā)展非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)、特別是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)可以平衡土地城鎮(zhèn)化與人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性。同時,借助城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展過程,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,也可以為中國經(jīng)濟尋求新的增長點。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the process of rapid development of urbanization. However, urbanization has the problem of land urbanization and population urbanization. It is proved that the development of non-agricultural industry, especially the tertiary industry, can balance the coordination between land urbanization and population urbanization. At the same time, with the help of the development process of urbanization, the adjustment of industrial structure can also seek a new growth point for China's economy.
