【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)進入了飛速發(fā)展時期,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為帶動區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展、促進城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)、美化環(huán)境、脫貧致富以及促進國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。作為擁有世界級旅游資源的元陽縣,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了長足進展,但同時也存在著旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)豐度不足、旅游資源保護與開發(fā)矛盾凸顯、旅游接待水平低、旅游環(huán)境容量有限等問題。在當(dāng)前全域旅游大背景下,如何探究全域旅游與精準扶貧之間的關(guān)系,如何利用旅游業(yè)發(fā)展所特有的帶動效應(yīng)帶動當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?jīng)濟的發(fā)展,解決旅游發(fā)展與元陽縣的脫貧問題成為元陽發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要命題。本研究通過借鑒麗江發(fā)展全域旅游模式經(jīng)驗,通過文獻梳理、實地走訪和問卷調(diào)查等方法,利用SWOT分析法對元陽哈尼梯田旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況、旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施狀況、存在的問題與不足加以梳理和剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試提出未來元陽哈尼梯田旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、定位和策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China's tourism industry has entered a period of rapid development, the development of tourism has become one of the pillar industries to promote the overall development of the region, promote the construction of urban and rural integration, beautify the environment, get rid of poverty and become rich, and promote the development of the national economy. As a world-class tourism resource, Yuanyang County has made great progress in the development of tourism, but at the same time, there are not perfect tourism infrastructure, insufficient development of tourism products, and the contradiction between the protection and development of tourism resources is prominent. The tourism reception level is low, the tourism environment capacity is limited and so on. Under the background of global tourism, how to explore the relationship between global tourism and precision poverty alleviation, how to make use of the unique driving effect of tourism development to promote the local social and economic development, Solving the problem of tourism development and eliminating poverty in Yuanyang County has become an important proposition for the development of tourism industry in Yuanyang County. Based on the experience of Lijiang's development of the whole region tourism mode, the paper makes use of the methods of literature combing, field visit and questionnaire investigation to analyze the basic situation of tourism development and the situation of tourism infrastructure in Hani terraced field of Yuanyang by using SWOT analysis method. On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems and shortcomings, this paper tries to put forward the goal, orientation and strategy for the future development of the tourism industry of Hani terrace in Yuanyang.
