【摘要】：北京地區(qū)在一系列的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策和城市規(guī)劃的變化與引導(dǎo)下,引發(fā)了舊廠房轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的熱潮；另一方面,建構(gòu)這種建造的表達(dá)性特質(zhì)與思想也在廣泛傳播中。在舊廠房的轉(zhuǎn)型中,外界面是功能更新和風(fēng)貌轉(zhuǎn)型的重要表現(xiàn)媒介,故其界面的建構(gòu)及其重要。本文嘗試對北京地區(qū)舊廠房的界面建構(gòu)做出調(diào)查和研究,以期對已有轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的舊廠房提供評價(jià)參考,起到宣傳作用；對未來將要轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的舊廠房提供參考和示范意義,推廣北京舊廠房轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的設(shè)計(jì)思想與手法；望能促進(jìn)北京舊廠房的保護(hù)與更新,促使出現(xiàn)更美觀實(shí)用的建筑界面和外部空間。 本文在此背景下,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、案例實(shí)證、歸納分析、學(xué)科交叉研究等多種方法,研究了轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的舊廠房界面建構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)知,包括界面更新的限制,界面建構(gòu)的表達(dá)特性、影響因素和原則；梳理了北京地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)用房的舊廠房界面建構(gòu)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)行了實(shí)例調(diào)查與信息總結(jié),分析了界面建構(gòu)的模式與方法。最終得出了關(guān)于界面建構(gòu)在政策、改造理念、技術(shù)利用、實(shí)體建造做法、與人的關(guān)系等方面的思考與建議。以期能引發(fā)更多人關(guān)于建構(gòu)與舊廠房轉(zhuǎn)型的思考,宣傳舊廠房轉(zhuǎn)型中界面建構(gòu)的改造思想。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of a series of economic, policy and urban planning changes in Beijing, the old factory building has been transformed into a creative industry housing boom, on the other hand, the construction of this kind of expressive characteristics and ideas are also widely spread. In the transformation of old factory buildings, the external interface is an important medium for function renewal and style transformation, so the construction of interface and its importance. This paper attempts to make an investigation and study on the interface construction of the old factory buildings in Beijing in order to provide an evaluation reference for the old buildings which have been transformed into the houses for the creative industries and play a propaganda role; It will provide reference and demonstration meaning for the old factory building that will be transformed into the creative industry house in the future, promote the design thought and technique of the old factory building in Beijing, and hope to promote the protection and renewal of the old factory building in Beijing. Promote the appearance of a more beautiful and practical architectural interface and external space. Under this background, this paper studies the basic cognition of the interface construction of the old factory building, including the limitation of the interface renewal, by the methods of literature research, case study, inductive analysis, interdisciplinary research and so on. This paper discusses the expression characteristics, influencing factors and principles of interface construction, combs the development of the interface construction of the old factory building in Beijing, and analyzes the mode and method of interface construction. Finally, some thoughts and suggestions on interface construction in the aspects of policy, transformation idea, technology utilization, entity construction practice and relationship with people are obtained. In order to arouse more people's thinking about the construction and the transformation of the old factory building, and propagate the idea of the reconstruction of the interface construction in the transformation of the old factory building.
