【摘要】：洪澤縣在肉雞養(yǎng)殖方面的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)以及肉雞養(yǎng)殖本身投資少、周期短、收益快的特點(diǎn),使得這一產(chǎn)業(yè)在洪澤縣發(fā)展迅猛,近幾年來(lái)一直保持著較快的增長(zhǎng)速度,目前肉雞養(yǎng)殖已經(jīng)成為了洪澤縣農(nóng)業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),整個(gè)肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值已達(dá)到10億,其在地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、吸納農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力和增加農(nóng)民收入等方面的重要作用隨著這一產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大而日趨彰顯。盡管從整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)看,洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁,并且形成了多種產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,但是從經(jīng)營(yíng)者角度來(lái)看,由于現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營(yíng)模式不夠完善,或多或少地存在著一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題,經(jīng)營(yíng)者普遍感覺(jué)存在較大經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),一定程度上影響到了該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。針對(duì)洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式現(xiàn)狀,本文選擇這一課題進(jìn)行研究,希望能夠?qū)τ诤闈煽h肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面的分析探討,在對(duì)洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面把握,摸清該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式中存在的問(wèn)題基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式完善策略,從而給該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展帶來(lái)更多理論指導(dǎo)。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、規(guī)范研究、對(duì)比研究等方法,以洪澤縣為研究對(duì)象,選擇肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式這一課題進(jìn)行深入研究,通過(guò)深入研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式主要三種,即分散經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、龍頭企業(yè)+農(nóng)戶、龍頭企業(yè)+合作社+農(nóng)戶模式等三種典型模式,其中分散經(jīng)營(yíng)以及龍頭企業(yè)+農(nóng)戶模式最為普遍,通過(guò)對(duì)這些經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行分析,全面闡述各種模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了"龍頭企業(yè)+合作社+農(nóng)戶"模式是該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的理想選擇。本文對(duì)于洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)概括,認(rèn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條利益分配不均衡高、政府沒(méi)有發(fā)揮好調(diào)控作用、龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)作用不強(qiáng)、肉雞品牌建設(shè)滯后、農(nóng)戶風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)較差、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條不完整等等,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響到了洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。針對(duì)洪澤縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式中存在的普遍性以及典型性問(wèn)題,本文提出該縣肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式完善的具體策略,即要從政府調(diào)控、品牌建設(shè)、利益分配、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)等方面統(tǒng)籌著手。
[Abstract]:The unique advantages of Hongze County in broiler breeding and the characteristics of chicken breeding itself with less investment, shorter period and faster income make the industry develop rapidly in Hongze County, and in recent years it has maintained a relatively fast growth rate. At present, broiler breeding has become the leading agricultural industry in Hongze County, and the output value of the whole broiler industry has reached 1 billion, which has developed in the regional economy. The important role of absorbing rural surplus labor force and increasing farmers' income is becoming more and more obvious with the expansion of the scale of this industry. Although the development momentum of the chicken industry in Hongze County is strong from the perspective of the whole industry, and a diversified industrial management model has been formed, from the perspective of the operators, because the existing business model is not perfect enough, More or less, there are some problems to be solved urgently. The operators generally feel that there is a greater risk of management, which to some extent affects the healthy development of the chicken industry in this county. In view of the present situation of chicken industry management model in Hongze County, this paper chooses this topic to study, hoping to make a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the status quo of chicken industry management model in Hongze County. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the management model of the chicken industry in Hongze County and the problems existing in the industrial management mode of the chicken industry in this county, the paper puts forward the strategies for the improvement of the management mode of the chicken industry in this county. Thus it will bring more theoretical guidance to the healthy development of chicken industry in this county. In this paper, comprehensive use of literature research, normative research, comparative research and other methods, Hongze County as the research object, choose the broiler industry management model for in-depth study, through in-depth research found, At present, there are three typical models of broiler industry management in this county, that is, decentralized management mode, leading enterprise farmer household model, leading enterprise cooperative farmer household model and so on, among which decentralized management and leading enterprise farmer household mode are the most common. Through the analysis of these management models, the advantages and disadvantages of these models are comprehensively expounded, and the ideal choice of the "leading enterprise cooperative farmers" model is put forward for the broiler industry management model in this county. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the industrial management model of Hongze County broiler, and points out that the distribution of benefits in the industrial chain is unbalanced, the government has not played a good regulatory role, the leading enterprise is not strong, and the construction of broiler brand is lagging behind. The poor risk awareness of farmers and incomplete industrial chain have seriously affected the healthy development of chicken industry in Hongze County. In view of the universality and typical problems in the management mode of chicken industry in Hongze county, this paper puts forward the specific strategies for perfecting the management mode of chicken industry in Hongze county, that is, from the aspects of government regulation, brand building, benefit distribution, etc. Industrial chain construction and other aspects as a whole.
