【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷深入,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展階段,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的公益性使我國(guó)人民獲益良多,但同時(shí),醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的多樣化發(fā)展模式也成為未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向,這是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生要實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利化、產(chǎn)生自給自足的需要,也是其與國(guó)際醫(yī)療事業(yè)接軌,健康發(fā)展的需要。因此,我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景十分廣闊,在這一時(shí)代背景下,能否抓住機(jī)遇加速發(fā)展我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)迫在眉睫。這一形勢(shì),為延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了更加廣闊的發(fā)展空間,準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識(shí)和把握延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),以及醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)延邊州經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響水平,對(duì)促進(jìn)延邊州的醫(yī)療改革、加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和提高人民生活水平都有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文是由五個(gè)部分組成結(jié)構(gòu)框架。第一,以基礎(chǔ)理論為起點(diǎn),從論文的選題原因、研究?jī)?nèi)容以及研究方法為抓手,對(duì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)的闡述；第二,研究醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的基本概念與特征,分析我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程及所面臨的政策環(huán)境,論證了醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展唇齒相依的關(guān)系；第三,從延邊州的基本情況出發(fā),通過(guò)實(shí)地考察與數(shù)據(jù)分析提出延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)闡明延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勢(shì)態(tài)等基本情況；第四,對(duì)延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行解析,[1]從而準(zhǔn)確把握了延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中的資源配置、專(zhuān)業(yè)裝備、人才供給、民族醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等問(wèn)情況,對(duì)延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與缺陷進(jìn)行科學(xué)定位；第五,應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出幾點(diǎn)建議與應(yīng)對(duì)措施,以期更好更快地推動(dòng)延邊州醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of the socialist market economy, China's economy has entered a stage of rapid development. The public welfare of the medical and health industry has greatly benefited our people, but at the same time, The diversified development mode of the medical and health industry will also become the future development direction. This is the need for the medical and health industry to realize profit and produce self-sufficiency, and it is also the need for its healthy development in line with the international medical service. Therefore, the development prospect of medical and health industry in China is very broad. Under the background of this era, it is urgent to seize the opportunity to accelerate the development of medical and health industry in our country. This situation provides a broader development space for the development of medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture, and accurately understands and grasps the structure of medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture, as well as the influence level of medical and health industry on the economic development of Yanbian prefecture. It is of great practical significance to promote medical reform, accelerate economic development and improve people's living standard in Yanbian Prefecture. This paper is composed of five parts. First, taking the basic theory as the starting point, focusing on the related theories of the medical and health industry from the reasons, the research contents and the research methods of the thesis. Secondly, the basic concepts and characteristics of the medical and health industry are studied. This paper analyzes the development course and policy environment of medical and health industry in China, and demonstrates the relationship between medical and health industry and economic development. Thirdly, starting from the basic situation of Yanbian prefecture, Based on field investigation and data analysis, the paper points out the problems in the development of medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture, focusing on the current market situation of medical and health industry service in Yanbian prefecture, the competitive situation of medical and health industry and so on. Fourth, Analyzing several problems existing in the development of medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture, [1] thus accurately grasping the situation of resource allocation, professional equipment, talent supply, and the development of national medicine industry in Yanbian Prefecture. Scientific positioning of the advantages and disadvantages of the medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture. Fifthly, it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the development of the medical and health industry in Yanbian prefecture. In order to better and faster promote the further development of medical and health industry in Yanbian Prefecture.
