【摘要】：輝南縣地處吉林省東南部,依托豐富的自然資源、政府扶持及充足的勞動力資源,輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模日趨壯大,在增加當?shù)剞r(nóng)民收入、帶動輝南縣經(jīng)濟增長中發(fā)揮了積極作用,但隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴大,也逐漸顯露出一些問題,因此本文通過對目前輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展構(gòu)建評價指標體系進行評價,并據(jù)此展開分析,指出了輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展狀態(tài)及今后的發(fā)展方向。本文在回顧借鑒已有相關(guān)研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的評價指標體系,根據(jù)所構(gòu)建體系指標的要求進行了二手數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研與當面訪談,并對收集的數(shù)據(jù)運用因子分析法進行實證研究,以此對輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況做出評價。研究結(jié)果顯示,在因子分析的各公因子中,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的權(quán)重最大,占比40.2%;產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度因子占比25.16%,其規(guī)模體系因子占比20.01%,最后為服務(wù)滿意度因子,占比14.64%。根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展生命周期理論,可知輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)目前尚處于成長期內(nèi),產(chǎn)業(yè)穩(wěn)步上升,市場前景廣闊,但也會受到生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、市場空間、企業(yè)能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、政府等因素的影響。因此,針對輝南縣繼續(xù)提高食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展水平,掃清產(chǎn)業(yè)成長期內(nèi)的種種障礙,及早步入產(chǎn)業(yè)成熟期,可以從幾個方面著手:首先需要運用多種可行的措施擴大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模,加大各種資源投入力度,可以從優(yōu)勢地區(qū)引入先進且成熟的生產(chǎn)技術(shù),拓寬融資渠道,增加資金扶持力度;增加生產(chǎn)品種,擴大產(chǎn)品種植基地面積,增加從業(yè)人員數(shù)量,提高從業(yè)人員素質(zhì);鼓勵優(yōu)勢區(qū)域優(yōu)先發(fā)展,擴大市場銷售規(guī)模;其次在技術(shù)研究上應(yīng)堅持政府引導組織專家及技術(shù)研究機構(gòu)進行指導交流,提高當?shù)貜臉I(yè)人員生產(chǎn)水平,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人才,同時增加部分高端設(shè)施設(shè)備的投入;最后還應(yīng)該引入有能力對原材料進行深度加工的企業(yè),提高產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟附加值,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)細分市場規(guī)模,借助電子商務(wù)發(fā)展契機,探索多渠道銷售,提供市場認知度,增加產(chǎn)品競爭力,推動輝南縣食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平不斷提高。
[Abstract]:Huinan County is located in the southeast of Jilin Province. Relying on abundant natural resources, government support and sufficient labor resources, the edible fungus industry in Huinan County is growing in scale and increasing the income of local farmers. It has played a positive role in driving the economic growth of Huinan County, but with the expansion of the industrial scale, some problems have been gradually revealed. Therefore, this paper evaluates the evaluation index system of the development of edible fungus industry in Huinan County at present. Based on the analysis, the overall development state and future development direction of edible fungus industry in Huinan County were pointed out. On the basis of reviewing and referring to the related research literature, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of edible fungus industry development in Huinan County, and carries out second-hand data investigation and face-to-face interview according to the requirements of the system. An empirical study was carried out on the collected data by factor analysis to evaluate the development of edible fungus industry in Huinan County. The results show that among the common factors of factor analysis, the weight of industrial scale is the largest (40.2%), the proportion of industrialization factor is 25.16, the proportion of scale system factor is 20.01 and the final factor is service satisfaction factor (14.64%). According to the theory of life cycle of industry development, it can be seen that the edible fungus industry in Huinan County is still in the growing period, the industry is rising steadily and the market prospect is broad, but it will also be subject to production technology, market space, enterprise capacity, industrial resources. The influence of government, etc. Therefore, aiming at Huinan County to continue to improve the overall development level of the edible fungus industry, to clear all kinds of obstacles in the growth period of the industry and to enter the mature stage of the industry as soon as possible, We can start from several aspects: first, we need to use a variety of feasible measures to expand the scale of industry, increase the intensity of resource input, can introduce advanced and mature production technology from the advantage areas, broaden the financing channels, and increase the financial support; Increase the variety of production, expand the area of product planting base, increase the number of employees, improve the quality of employees, encourage the priority development of superior regions, expand the scale of market sales; Secondly, the government should guide and organize experts and technical research institutions to conduct guidance and exchange, improve the production level of local employees, train professional and technical personnel, and increase the input of some high-end facilities and equipment. Finally, we should also introduce enterprises capable of advanced processing of raw materials, increase the economic added value of products, increase the market size of industrial segments, explore multi-channel sales and provide market awareness by means of the opportunity of e-commerce development. Increase the competitiveness of products and promote the development level of edible fungus industry in Huinan County.
