【摘要】：一直以來,裝備制造業(yè)不僅是推動(dòng)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?也體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)國家的技術(shù)發(fā)展水平。隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程不斷深化,城市人口持續(xù)增多,城市軌道交通的建設(shè)步伐也在不斷加快,給我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)帶來了廣闊的發(fā)展前景。而我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)的總體發(fā)展水平與國際一流水平還存在較大差距,特別是裝備制造技術(shù)水平方面。因此,我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)未來要走一條什么樣的發(fā)展路徑,直接關(guān)系到我國城市綜合交通體系的建設(shè)以及現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而影響我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的進(jìn)步。軌道交通裝備業(yè)是國家在“十二五”規(guī)劃中明確提出的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向之一,而城軌裝備制造業(yè)又是軌道交通裝備業(yè)中非常重要的一部分,一直受政府支持。因此掌握其現(xiàn)狀、明晰其瓶頸、把握其路徑,才能更好地促進(jìn)我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文通過大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、資料的整理,總結(jié)我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,運(yùn)用SWOT的分析方法,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部資源和外部環(huán)境,從產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部能力的優(yōu)勢、劣勢與外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅四個(gè)方面對我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)進(jìn)行具體、全面、條理化的分析。最后得到其發(fā)展的SWOT分析矩陣,從而更加直觀的了解我國城軌裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè),確定其未來發(fā)展大方向。然后運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的相關(guān)理論,對我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)進(jìn)行分析。得到我國城市軌道交通裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)圖,并對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)以及關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié)。其次,從我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)的技術(shù)、市場兩個(gè)方向分析其發(fā)展路徑。運(yùn)用專利地圖的方法,對我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行分析,從時(shí)間、區(qū)域的角度分析裝備制造中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),獲得其專利圖,進(jìn)一步分析我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展路徑。再通過對我國城軌裝備市場需求與市場現(xiàn)狀的具體研究,得到其市場發(fā)展路徑。最后,結(jié)合文中得到的技術(shù)發(fā)展路徑與市場發(fā)展路徑,得到我國城軌裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展路徑,并提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展路徑實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is not only an important driving force to promote the national economic development, but also reflects the technological development level of a country. With the deepening of urbanization and the increasing of urban population, the construction of urban rail transit is speeding up, which brings a broad prospect for the equipment manufacturing of urban rail in our country. However, there is still a big gap between the overall development level of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry and the international first-class level, especially in the technical level of equipment manufacturing. Therefore, what kind of development path our urban rail equipment manufacturing industry will take in the future is directly related to the construction of our country's urban comprehensive transportation system and the development of modern industry, and then affects the economic and social progress of our country. The equipment industry of rail transit is one of the key development directions clearly put forward by our country in the 12th Five-Year Plan, and the equipment manufacturing industry of urban rail is a very important part of the equipment industry of rail transit, which has been supported by the government all the time. So we can better promote the development of our country's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry by mastering its present situation, clarifying its bottleneck and grasping its path. This paper summarizes the current development situation of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry through a large number of relevant documents and materials, applies SWOT analysis method, combines the industry internal resources and external environment, from the advantage of industry internal capability. The inferiority and the opportunity of the external environment, threaten four aspects to our country city rail equipment manufacturing industry to carry on the concrete, comprehensive, orderly analysis. Finally, the SWOT analysis matrix of its development is obtained, so as to understand more intuitively the equipment manufacturing industry of China's urban rail system and determine its future development direction. Then using the relevant theory of industry chain, the paper analyzes the equipment manufacturing industry of China's urban rail system. The industrial chain structure chart of China's urban rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is obtained, and the key links of the industrial chain are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the development path of urban rail equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed from two directions: technology and market. By using the method of patent map, this paper analyzes the development path of equipment manufacturing technology in China's urban rail system, analyzes the key technologies in equipment manufacturing from the point of view of time and region, and obtains its patent map. Further analysis of China's urban rail equipment manufacturing technology development path. Through the specific research on the market demand and market status of China's urban rail equipment, the market development path is obtained. Finally, combining the technology development path and the market development path, we get the industrial development path of our country's urban rail equipment manufacturing industry, and put forward the safeguard measures to implement the industrial development path.
