【摘要】：正創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意類產(chǎn)業(yè)大致可分"科技創(chuàng)新"(以下簡稱"科創(chuàng)")與"文化創(chuàng)意"(以下簡稱"文創(chuàng)")兩大類別,它們分別出現(xiàn)于中國改革開放不同時段�？苿�(chuàng)類是在上世紀80年代末,國家為推動科教興國戰(zhàn)略、國家級的重點高新技術(shù)開發(fā),在北京、上海等地方建立的如中關(guān)村、張江等一些以高新技術(shù)孵化為主導的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū);文創(chuàng)類則是在2000年前
[Abstract]:The creative industries can be divided into two categories: scientific and technological innovation (hereinafter referred to as "science and technology innovation") and "cultural creativity" (hereinafter referred to as "Wenchuang"), which appear in different periods of China's reform and opening up. In the late 1980s, in order to promote the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the state set up key high and new technologies in Beijing, Shanghai and other places such as Zhongguancun. Some innovative industrial parks, such as Zhang Jiang, which are dominated by high and new technology hatching, and Wen Chuang, which were created before 2000 years ago.
