【摘要】：化工產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),絕大部分的化工企業(yè)具有占地規(guī)模大、高污染、高耗能的特點(diǎn),這些特點(diǎn)決定了化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)的必要性。在歐美資本主義國家,化工園區(qū)興起較早,發(fā)展也逐漸成熟完善。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展,中國的化工產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著更大的原料市場,更廣闊的銷售市場的機(jī)遇,同時(shí),也面臨著來自國際市場的沖擊。目前我國的化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)存在著重復(fù)性建設(shè),產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完整,污染問題嚴(yán)重,園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新力不強(qiáng),核心競爭力弱等一系列問題。在清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)到這些問題的存在之后,我國的化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)必須從全球化發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合本園區(qū)的實(shí)際,制定相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,多方位各環(huán)節(jié)調(diào)整園區(qū)發(fā)展策略,從而提高園區(qū)的核心競爭力和抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。本文利用全球化戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論,通過PEST分析和SWOT分析,分析了L化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園全球化發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境,同時(shí)利用波士頓矩形分析法分析了園區(qū)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的具體情況,作出產(chǎn)品分類。綜合這三種分析法得出的結(jié)論,制定符合園區(qū)全球化發(fā)展需求的戰(zhàn)略方案。最后,為實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)全球化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略得到切實(shí)有效的實(shí)施,從園區(qū)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、園區(qū)文化、人力資源管理以及融資方式四個(gè)方面制定了保障措施。本文共分為五章,第一章為緒論,介紹了本篇論文的研究背景和意義,研究的內(nèi)容以及方法。第二章為全球化戰(zhàn)略管理理論的簡要介紹,在本章里面闡述了戰(zhàn)略管理理論、全球化戰(zhàn)略管理理論的內(nèi)容,以及PEST分析法、SWOT分析法,以及波士頓矩形分析法三種經(jīng)典的分析方法。第三章為化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)全球化的環(huán)境研究,在這一章里,主要對L化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)全球化發(fā)展的外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境以及園區(qū)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析。第四章為L化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)全球化的戰(zhàn)略選擇和實(shí)施,以及保障措施。第五章為結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:Chemical industry is the pillar industry in the national economy. Most chemical enterprises have the characteristics of large scale, high pollution and high energy consumption, which determine the necessity of the construction of chemical industrial park. In the capitalist countries of Europe and America, chemical parks rose earlier and developed gradually. With the rapid development of economic globalization, China's chemical industry is facing a larger raw material market, broader sales market opportunities, but also facing the impact from the international market. At present, there are a series of problems such as repetitive construction, incomplete industrial chain, serious pollution problem, weak innovation ability of enterprises and weak core competitiveness in the chemical industry park of our country. After clearly recognizing the existence of these problems, the chemical industry park of our country must proceed from the angle of globalization development, combine with the reality of this park, formulate the corresponding development strategy, adjust the development strategy of the park in various aspects. In order to improve the core competitiveness of the park and the ability to resist risks. Based on the theory of global strategic management, this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the development of L chemical industry park through PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. At the same time, by using Boston rectangular analysis method, the concrete situation of the existing products in the park is analyzed, and the product classification is made. By synthesizing the conclusions of these three methods, a strategic plan to meet the needs of the development of globalization of the park is formulated. Finally, in order to realize the effective implementation of the development strategy of the park globalization, the paper formulates the safeguard measures from four aspects: the organizational structure of the park, the culture of the park, the management of human resources and the way of financing. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter is a brief introduction to the theory of global strategic management. In this chapter, the theory of strategic management, the content of the theory of global strategic management, and the PEST analysis method are described. And Boston rectangular analysis of three classic analysis methods. The third chapter is the environmental research of chemical industry park globalization. In this chapter, the external and internal environment of the development of L chemical industry park globalization and the products in the park are analyzed. The fourth chapter is the strategic choice and implementation of L chemical industry park globalization, as well as the safeguard measures. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
