【摘要】：隨著以共贏合作為目標(biāo)的"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的持續(xù)推進,中國與沿線國家的合作問題亦成為知識訴求。對被"一帶"和"一路"同時覆蓋的印度來說,研究中印合作問題對"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的推進意義深遠。特別是隨著中國努力推進"海上絲綢之路"建設(shè)和"信息絲綢之路"構(gòu)建,廣東省與印度的信息技術(shù)合作問題備受兩國政府和社會重視�？疾炀哂挟a(chǎn)業(yè)互補性和實現(xiàn)共贏合作目標(biāo)示范作用的粵印信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作現(xiàn)狀與特點,存在問題與改進之策,進而思考促進粵印乃至中印藉"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實施擴大經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的進路,有助于為中國"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的順利推進和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革積累經(jīng)驗,裨益于中印經(jīng)貿(mào)合作領(lǐng)域的擴展和友好合作關(guān)系的升級。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of Belt and Road's strategy of win-win cooperation, the cooperation between China and the countries along the route has become a knowledge demand. For India, which is covered by both Belt and Road, the study of Sino-Indian cooperation is of great significance to Belt and Road's strategy. In particular, with China's efforts to promote the construction of the "Maritime Silk Road" and the "Information Silk Road", the issue of information technology cooperation between Guangdong Province and India has attracted the attention of the governments and societies of the two countries. To investigate the present situation and characteristics of Guangdong and India's information technology industry, which are complementary to each other and to achieve the goal of win-win cooperation, as well as the existing problems and improvement measures. Further thinking about the way to promote the implementation of the strategy of "Belt and Road" between Guangdong and India, and to expand economic and trade cooperation, will help to accumulate experience for the smooth advancement of China's "Belt and Road" strategy and the structural reform on the supply-side side. This will benefit the expansion of Sino-Indian economic and trade cooperation and the upgrading of friendly cooperative relations.
