【摘要】：近10年來,韓國(guó)政府重視出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,數(shù)字出版比重增加,制定了一系列激活數(shù)字出版的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。以對(duì)優(yōu)秀電子書的發(fā)掘和制作的支援作為支點(diǎn),是韓國(guó)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本策略。同時(shí),大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字出版的制作技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)體系。韓國(guó)政府致力于改善數(shù)字出版的制度和法制環(huán)境,實(shí)施數(shù)字出版稅收政策優(yōu)惠,重視數(shù)字出版的專業(yè)教育和社會(huì)推廣。韓國(guó)政府計(jì)劃統(tǒng)合紙質(zhì)書與電子書的流通方式,建立更為健康的出版流通秩序。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, the Korean government has attached great importance to the sustainable development of the publishing industry, and the proportion of digital publishing has increased. It has formulated a series of strategic plans to activate digital publishing, with support for the discovery and production of excellent e-books as the fulcrum. It is the basic strategy for the development of Korea's digital publishing industry. At the same time, it will vigorously promote the production technology and information technology service system of digital publishing. The Korean government is committed to improving the system and legal environment of digital publishing. The South Korean government plans to integrate the circulation of paper books and e-books to establish a more healthy publishing circulation order.
