【摘要】：本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新的視角出發(fā),構建了科學儀器產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系,采用組合賦權法對中國與美、德、日等發(fā)達國家的科學儀器產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新進行了量化評價與比較,明確了中國與國外的主要差距,并在分析目前存在問題的基礎上提出了相關對策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from the perspective of industrial technological innovation, the evaluation system of scientific instrument industrial technological innovation ability is constructed, and the combination weighting method is used to evaluate China, the United States and Germany. This paper evaluates and compares the technological innovation of scientific instrument industry in Japan and other developed countries, clarifies the main gap between China and foreign countries, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of analyzing the existing problems.
