【摘要】：從產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的視角建立了反傾銷與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的協(xié)同演化框架,分析了中國遭受反傾銷與中國產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的協(xié)同演化機(jī)制,構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的協(xié)同演化模型,并使用中國1995—2014年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對中國遭受反傾銷與中國產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的協(xié)同演化情況進(jìn)行了實證分析。研究表明:反傾銷與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級形成了協(xié)同演化態(tài)勢,協(xié)同演化逐步加強(qiáng),且更多地體現(xiàn)出反傾銷子系統(tǒng)對其的影響;反傾銷對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的促進(jìn)與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級對反傾銷的激發(fā)在協(xié)同演化過程中起主導(dǎo)作用;協(xié)同演化對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的最終影響結(jié)果取決于反傾銷、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級兩種相反影響力量的累積影響。最后,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的視角,從認(rèn)識觀念、縱向策略以及橫向策略等多個方面提出了若干啟示。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of industrial safety, this paper establishes the cooperative evolution framework of anti-dumping and industrial upgrading, analyzes the mechanism of China's antidumping and industrial upgrading, and constructs the corresponding cooperative evolution model. Using the relevant data of China from 1995 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the co-evolution of anti-dumping and industrial upgrading in China. The research shows that the co-evolution of anti-dumping and industrial upgrading has formed the situation of co-evolution, and the co-evolution has been gradually strengthened. It also reflects the influence of antidumping subsystem on it, and the promotion of anti-dumping to industrial upgrading and the stimulation of industrial upgrading to antidumping play a leading role in the process of co-evolution. The final effect of co-evolution on China's industrial safety depends on the cumulative impact of anti-dumping, industrial upgrading and two opposite forces. Some enlightenments are put forward from longitudinal strategy and horizontal strategy.
