【摘要】：隨著全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,國內(nèi)“退二進(jìn)三”的政策推行,后工業(yè)時代來臨,城市中大批舊工業(yè)建筑荒廢變成閑置用地。這些舊工業(yè)建筑經(jīng)歷了從拆除到更新再利用的歷史過程。改造模式越來越多元化,除了有商業(yè)方向的餐飲、娛樂、辦公,還有公共建筑方向的藝術(shù)館、展覽館。20世紀(jì)七八十年代以來,基于舊工業(yè)建筑既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館成為了一種新型的改造更新模式而迅速發(fā)展。將舊廠房改造成既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館,不僅能最大限度地保護(hù)舊工業(yè)建筑,讓人們了解工業(yè)時代的歷史。部分傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)城市更通過這些博物館解開了經(jīng)濟(jì)困局,開發(fā)工業(yè)旅游拉動城市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。這種改造模式為時代記憶的保留、城市特色的營造、工業(yè)科學(xué)的發(fā)展和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動起到了不可替代的作用。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容分為四個部分、五個章節(jié):第一章是提出問題,闡述了研究的背景、相關(guān)概念、國內(nèi)外舊工業(yè)建筑改造的發(fā)展歷程總結(jié)、研究的目的和意義、研究的對象和內(nèi)容。第二章是對問題進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館的綜合價值、適合改造為既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館的舊工業(yè)建筑的特點(diǎn),最后提出改造的原則。第三章、第四章是解決問題,通過對優(yōu)秀案例的歸納分析,總結(jié)出基于舊工業(yè)建筑既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館的內(nèi)部設(shè)計與外部設(shè)計。第五章是將理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,結(jié)合筆者的項目實(shí)踐,運(yùn)用文中的策略方法,對宿遷玻璃博物館舊廠房改造設(shè)計進(jìn)行分析說明。希望通過本文對基于舊工業(yè)建筑既有產(chǎn)業(yè)展示的博物館設(shè)計手法進(jìn)行總結(jié),對日后相關(guān)方面的實(shí)踐和研究提供一定的參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of global industrial structure, the implementation of the policy, "retreat into the" post industrial era, a large number of old industrial buildings in the city into a waste of idle land. These old industrial buildings has experienced a historical process from demolition to update reuse. Transformation mode more and more diversified, in addition to the business direction of catering, entertainment. The office of public buildings and the direction of the Museum of art exhibition hall,.20 century since 70s and 80s, based on the old industrial buildings have industry exhibition museum has become a new renewal mode and rapid development. The transformation of the old plant into the existing industrial exhibition museum, not only to maximize the protection of old industrial buildings, people to understand the history of the industrial age. The traditional industrial city part solved the economic predicament through these museums, the development of industrial tourism industry development. Third city driving this change Model to retain the memories of the times, build the city characteristic, promote the development of Industrial Science and city economy has played an irreplaceable role. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts, five chapters: the first chapter is the question, elaborated the research background, related concepts, development at home and abroad the course of the transformation of old industrial buildings are summarized, the purpose and significance of the research, research object and content. The second chapter is to analyze the problem, summarizes the value of existing industrial exhibition of Museum, suitable for the transformation of old industrial buildings has characteristics of industrial exhibition museum, finally proposed the transformation principle. The third chapter, the fourth chapter is to solve the problem, based on the excellent case analysis, summed up the design of the internal and external design based on the old industrial buildings have industry exhibition museum. The fifth chapter is the theory and practice, combined with the The project practice of the author, using the strategy method in this paper, on the transformation design of old building in Suqian Museum of glass is analyzed and explained. Hope that through this paper based on the old industrial buildings is museum design technique industry exhibition are summarized to provide a reference and help the practice and study of the relevant aspects of the day after.
