產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位影響研究

【摘要】:隨著新一輪科技革命在世界范圍內(nèi)興起,以及我國全面深化改革進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),如何加快我國傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位由價(jià)值鏈低端向高層次躍進(jìn)成為亟需探索的問題。不少研究認(rèn)為推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位升級(jí)和戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)崛起、完善國家創(chuàng)新體系的關(guān)鍵在于提高自主創(chuàng)新能力,加快實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,充分發(fā)揮協(xié)作研發(fā)的重要作用。目前關(guān)于協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究集中在地理集群效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征分析和影響因素分析等方面,研究方法多為理論分析或模擬仿真,而針對(duì)協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及其對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效影響的實(shí)證研究相對(duì)較少,產(chǎn)業(yè)層面的研究成果尤為缺乏。技術(shù)生態(tài)位概念是生態(tài)學(xué)思想被引入技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域研究的重要成果,應(yīng)用于新技術(shù)選擇與培育、技術(shù)變遷、技術(shù)能力演化、技術(shù)政策和戰(zhàn)略制定等方面研究。學(xué)者們關(guān)于技術(shù)生態(tài)位的研究切入點(diǎn)和側(cè)重點(diǎn)存在明顯差異,其內(nèi)涵、分析維度、影響因素以及測度方法均有較大分歧。由此,深入研究協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系就顯得尤為重要。鑒于此,本研究在分析協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位影響機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位的影響模型,并提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。然后,以我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,收集1989-2011年間我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)專利數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法構(gòu)建汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)不同時(shí)期的協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、計(jì)算整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征值,并利用專利IPC分類號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)測度相應(yīng)時(shí)期產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位寬度和生態(tài)位重疊度,繼而運(yùn)用協(xié)整理論與方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,即對(duì)協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、集聚效應(yīng)、中心性與產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位的關(guān)系進(jìn)行假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、中心性與產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位寬度呈倒U型關(guān)系,協(xié)作研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集聚系數(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)生態(tài)位重疊度呈U型關(guān)系。根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果,為政府出臺(tái)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)政策提供參考,為我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)加快提升技術(shù)生態(tài)位水平、增強(qiáng)國際競爭力提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution in the world, and the continuous advancement of China's comprehensive deepening of the reform process, how to speed up the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional industries to strategic emerging industries, How to realize the transition of industrial technology niche from the low end of the value chain to the high level has become a problem that needs to be explored. Many studies think that it is necessary to promote the upgrading of industrial technology niche and the rise of strategic emerging industries. The key to improve the national innovation system is to improve the independent innovation ability, accelerate the realization of technological innovation, and give full play to the important role of collaborative research and development. In the aspects of structural feature analysis and impact factor analysis, the research methods are mostly theoretical analysis or simulation, while the empirical research on collaborative R & D network and its impact on the performance of technological innovation is relatively few. The concept of technological niche is an important result of the introduction of ecological ideas into the field of technological innovation, which is applied to the selection and cultivation of new technologies, technological changes and technological capability evolution. Research on technology policy and strategy. There are obvious differences in the breakthrough point and focus of scholars' research on technology niche, its connotation, analysis dimension, influencing factors and measurement methods are all different. It is particularly important to study the relationship between collaborative R & D network and industrial technology niche. In view of this, this study is based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of collaborative R & D network structure on industrial technology niche. This paper constructs a model of the impact of collaborative R & D network structure on the niche of industrial technology, and puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses. Then, taking the automobile industry of China as the research object, the data of joint patent application of China's automobile industry from 1989 to 2011 are collected. The cooperative R & D network in different periods of automobile industry is constructed by using social network analysis method, and the characteristic value of overall network structure is calculated, and the industrial technology niche width and niche overlap degree in corresponding period are measured by patent IPC classification number data. Then we use cointegration theory and method to carry on the empirical research, that is, to test the network density, agglomeration effect, centrality and industrial technology niche of collaborative R & D network, the results show that: collaborative R & D network density, The relationship between centrality and the width of industrial technology niche is inversely U-shaped, and the cooperative-R & D network agglomeration coefficient is U-shaped with the overlap degree of industrial technology niche. This paper provides reference for the government to issue the relevant industrial innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading policy, and puts forward some suggestions for China's automobile industry to speed up the upgrading of technological niche level and enhance international competitiveness.
