【摘要】：伴隨產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,城市舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)面臨被處理、推倒重建,以此滿足發(fā)展需求。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國(guó)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),急需具有創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特質(zhì)的建筑空間。這種基于創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)更新設(shè)計(jì),不僅能解決城市發(fā)展與廢舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)之間的尖銳矛盾,同時(shí)更能產(chǎn)生大量的社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文對(duì)此所進(jìn)行的研究對(duì)當(dāng)前更新設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。然而當(dāng)前探究,多數(shù)尚僅關(guān)注舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)更新設(shè)計(jì)或創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形式探究,將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)探討的寥寥無(wú)幾。因此本文將詳細(xì)梳理西安工業(yè)和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,集中研究基于創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的西安舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)更新設(shè)計(jì)的策略和實(shí)踐方法,并對(duì)研究對(duì)象提出優(yōu)化措施。本研究中進(jìn)行了以下三方面的工作,(1)舊工業(yè)建筑改造為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的理論知識(shí)梳理。舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)與創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)相嫁接這一顯示進(jìn)程,辨析其能夠帶來(lái)的社會(huì)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。歸納其更新普遍使用的發(fā)展模式與舊工業(yè)建筑空間特色。(2)西安工業(yè)發(fā)展沿革概述,對(duì)西安工業(yè)遺存進(jìn)行分類,總結(jié)西安工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的特性,并提煉出適宜更新為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)所需具備的條件,以及影響其結(jié)合的各種因素。(3)選取西安市區(qū)三家具有代表性且發(fā)展相對(duì)成熟的更新實(shí)例,分別為以工業(yè)博物館為主題,由大華紗廠改造而成的“大華1935”;依托大學(xué)文化,以老鋼廠為背景的“老鋼廠創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園”;以紡織城工業(yè)板塊與半坡遺址文化為背景的“半坡國(guó)際藝術(shù)區(qū)”。本文對(duì)這三個(gè)案例從項(xiàng)目背景、選址、總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、空間改造再利用手法、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、園區(qū)細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行深入分析,最后從產(chǎn)業(yè)園使用者(管理者、來(lái)訪人員、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)者)的角度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)及提出優(yōu)化措施�？偨Y(jié)更新所采用的設(shè)計(jì)策略,包含設(shè)計(jì)原則、空間更新策略、表皮更新策略、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的綠色更新策略、結(jié)構(gòu)更新策略、基于感知體驗(yàn)的更新策略。本文通過(guò)三個(gè)層次的研究探索,以期為西安舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的更新提供具有價(jià)值的理論與實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading of the industrial structure and the rapid development of the economy, the old industrial factories in cities are faced with being dealt with, pushed down and rebuilt to meet the needs of development. Creative industries as a new industry in China. The renewal design of the old industrial area based on the creative industry can not only solve the sharp contradiction between the urban development and the waste industrial factory. At the same time, it can also produce a large number of social and economic benefits. The research in this paper has some theoretical and practical value for the current update design. However, the current exploration. Most of them only pay attention to the renewal design of the old industrial factory area or the exploration of the form of the creative industry development. So this paper will comb the development course of Xi'an industry and creative industry in detail. Focus on the creative industry park based on the old Xi'an industrial plant renewal design strategy and practical methods, and put forward optimization measures for the object of study. This study carried out the following three aspects of work. (1) the theoretical knowledge of the transformation of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks, and the process of grafting the old industrial buildings with creative industries. It analyzes the social significance and economic value it can bring. Summarizes its updating of the commonly used development model and the spatial characteristics of the old industrial buildings) Xi'an industrial development history overview, the industrial remains of Xi'an classification. This paper summarizes the characteristics of Xi'an industrial heritage and extracts the necessary conditions for the renewal of the old industrial factory area which is suitable for renewal as a creative industrial park. As well as the influence of its combination of various factors. 3) selected Xi'an urban area three representative and relatively mature development of the renewal examples, respectively, for the theme of the Industrial Museum. "Dahua 1935" transformed by Dahua Cotton Mill; Relying on the university culture, with the old steel factory as the background of the "old steel factory creative industry park"; "Banpo International Art District", which is based on the industry plate of textile city and the culture of Banpo site. This paper discusses the three cases from the project background, site selection, overall planning and design, space reconstruction and reuse techniques, architectural structure. Detailed design of the park in-depth analysis, finally from the industrial park users (managers, visitors, creative industry practitioners) perspective to evaluate and put forward optimization measures. Summarize the updated design strategy. Including design principles, space update strategy, epidermal update strategy, envelope structure green update strategy, structure update strategy, based on perceptual experience update strategy. This paper through three levels of research exploration. In order to provide valuable theoretical and practical guidance for the renewal of creative industrial park in Xi'an old industrial factory.
