基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技為主導(dǎo)的新的一輪技術(shù)革命孕育上升,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)漸步成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主導(dǎo)動(dòng)力,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新模式的變化深刻地轉(zhuǎn)變了大家的生活方式,大力促進(jìn)了社會的進(jìn)步;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)拉近了我們的社交距離和縮小了我的生活區(qū)域,對全球化的社會影響是更多和更成為復(fù)雜的影響;同時(shí),對國際社會迫切需要認(rèn)真地尋找工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏局面。除了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)本身擁有的在線游戲,手機(jī)應(yīng)用,新興社交、視頻、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè),尤其是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也正在加快滲透和改革的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè);互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)是顯示除了偉大的想象力的發(fā)展,如何利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)正在成為所有的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)亟待解決的問題,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合也催生了新的平臺。因此,企業(yè)面對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的影響是空前未有的;在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中,傳統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略理論已經(jīng)沒有辦法指引目前企業(yè)的特定行為;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)以后地成長和變革模式,主要是戰(zhàn)略競爭;所以,對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的創(chuàng)新探討就顯得特別有意義,將“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的思考納入戰(zhàn)略決策的范圍中更顯重要,用創(chuàng)造性的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略思維去審視現(xiàn)在及未來的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),無疑是每個(gè)企業(yè)關(guān)鍵的變革思考之一。對現(xiàn)有研究成果,我們進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),有關(guān)于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新的研究主要針對傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)組織機(jī)構(gòu),企業(yè)文化,組織變革,戰(zhàn)略變革的理論角度為研究,而企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從業(yè)人士最關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域,而將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一社會熱點(diǎn)作為研究視角的較少,但從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)研究企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題,更貼切企業(yè)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,也有助于企業(yè)實(shí)際難題與困境的解除和管理;企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新應(yīng)該為消費(fèi)者帶來更好的體驗(yàn),把員工與供應(yīng)商當(dāng)做真正的伙伴,為社會創(chuàng)造更多的價(jià)值與打造更高效的運(yùn)營方式。對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行全面分析,改造開放價(jià)值鏈系統(tǒng),組建平臺,有助于傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行自我審視,幫助企業(yè)認(rèn)清所處的內(nèi)部.產(chǎn)業(yè)以及社會環(huán)境。我們緊密聯(lián)系當(dāng)前社會熱點(diǎn),從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),使傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)突破自我.求新求變,讓傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中汲取營養(yǎng)和精華,選題有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義與社會意義,對實(shí)際工作具有良好的指導(dǎo)意義,在理論的發(fā)展上也有較強(qiáng)的前瞻性。
[Abstract]:A new round of technological revolution led by Internet science and technology is gestating and rising, and the Internet has gradually become the leading power of economic growth. The change of Internet innovation mode has profoundly changed the way of life of all of us. The Internet has brought us closer to society and narrowed my living area, and the social impact on globalization has become more and more complex; At the same time, the international community urgently needs to seriously find work to achieve a win-win situation, in addition to the Internet itself has online games, mobile applications, emerging social, video, Internet industry. In particular, mobile Internet is also accelerating the penetration and reform of traditional industries; Internet e-commerce is showing that in addition to the development of great imagination, how to use the Internet is becoming a problem to be solved urgently in all traditional industries. The combination of the Internet and traditional industries has also given birth to a new platform. Therefore, the impact of the Internet on enterprises is unprecedented; In the enterprise management strategy planning, the traditional strategy theory has been unable to guide the current enterprise specific behavior. The Internet later growth and the transformation pattern, mainly is the strategic competition; Therefore, it is of particular significance to explore the innovation of Internet enterprise strategy, and it is more important to bring the thinking of "Internet" into the scope of strategic decision-making. Using creative Internet strategic thinking to examine the present and future economic activities is undoubtedly one of the key changes of every enterprise. The research on enterprise strategic innovation is mainly focused on the traditional corporate organization, corporate culture, organizational change, strategic change theoretical perspective for the study. Corporate strategic management is currently the most concerned area of Internet practitioners, but the Internet as a social hotspot as a research perspective, but from the starting point of the Internet to study the development strategy of enterprises. The present situation of enterprise practice is more appropriate, and it is also helpful to relieve and manage the practical problems and difficulties of enterprises; Enterprise strategic innovation should bring a better experience to consumers and treat employees and suppliers as real partners. For the society to create more value and create a more efficient mode of operation. The overall analysis of the strategy of Internet enterprises, the transformation of open value chain system, the establishment of a platform, help traditional enterprises to self-examine. To help enterprises to recognize the internal. Industry and social environment. We closely contact the current social hot spots, from the Internet enterprises as the starting point of research, so that traditional enterprises to break through their own, looking for new changes. It is of great practical and social significance for traditional enterprises to absorb nutrition and essence in the process of transformation. It has good guiding significance for practical work and strong foresight in the development of theory.
