【摘要】：首先探討了將戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新樣本的意義,以及戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升過程中資源獲取活動的重要性;接著就戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新過程中資源的獲取途徑進行了簡單歸納;然后以耒陽新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,描述了該產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展思路;最后通過案例分析的方法,從政府部門、金融機構(gòu)、高等院校、科研院所、上下游企業(yè)等組織資源獲取的角度,就戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的提升途徑提出了如下思路:科學(xué)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展扶持政策、加強行業(yè)協(xié)會建設(shè)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的科技中介服務(wù)、甄選技術(shù)創(chuàng)新示范企業(yè)、拓展資金投入渠道和融資方式、強化產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活動、推進新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的深度融合、完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈內(nèi)龍頭和配套企業(yè)建設(shè)、促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚及集群發(fā)展、推進產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)體系及技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:First of all, it discusses the significance of taking strategic emerging industry as a sample of industrial innovation, and the importance of resource acquisition activities in the process of promoting innovation ability of strategic emerging industries. Secondly, the paper summarizes the ways of obtaining resources in the process of innovation of strategic emerging industries. Then taking Leiyang new material industry as an example, the overall development of the industry is described. Finally, through the method of case analysis, from the perspective of government departments, financial institutions, institutions of higher learning, research institutes, upstream and downstream enterprises and other organizational resources. This paper puts forward the following ideas on how to improve the innovation ability of strategic emerging industries: scientific application of industry development support policy, strengthening the construction of industry associations, and optimizing the scientific and technological intermediary services for industrial innovation. We should select demonstration enterprises for technological innovation, expand investment channels and financing methods, strengthen collaborative innovation activities between industry, university and research, and promote the deep integration between new materials industry and other industries. We will improve the construction of leading and supporting enterprises in the industrial chain, promote industrial agglomeration and cluster development, and promote the development of industrial R & D systems and technical standards.
