中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)理論與實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)日益加強(qiáng),各種跨國(guó)企業(yè)在利益的驅(qū)使下尋找著資本增值的機(jī)會(huì)。中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)各產(chǎn)業(yè)開放步伐逐步加快,積極參與國(guó)際分工,引入國(guó)際資本,有關(guān)外資溢出效應(yīng)的研究屢見不鮮,并日益成熟。中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)作為具有雙重屬性的產(chǎn)業(yè),一方面恪守傳媒輿論宣傳職責(zé),一方面積極進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作,組建媒介集團(tuán),積極拓寬融資渠道,進(jìn)行資本運(yùn)作,以便市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中與外資傳媒巨頭開展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)或合作。自上世紀(jì)80年代開始外資對(duì)中國(guó)傳媒市場(chǎng)的滲透就未停息過,無論政策收縮和松動(dòng),外資一直努力在規(guī)避甚至不惜觸動(dòng)政策,以求打開中國(guó)傳媒市場(chǎng)。中國(guó)的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)在享受著融資渠道漸寬便利的同時(shí)也面臨著來自傳媒巨頭的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。那么傳媒行業(yè)與外資的“聯(lián)姻”是否能促進(jìn)中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和優(yōu)化?外資進(jìn)入這一產(chǎn)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的溢出效應(yīng)如何?本文通過理論與實(shí)證分析試著給出參考性解答。 本文從外資與中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析了傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)利用外資的現(xiàn)狀和背景,,以及傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)利用外資的方式和規(guī)模等基礎(chǔ)性研究;隨后在第三章逐漸切入到文章的核心——外資進(jìn)入傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)分析,這一章是中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)外資溢出效應(yīng)的理論與影響分析,主要探討了外資進(jìn)入對(duì)中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的影響和理論上的溢出正負(fù)效應(yīng),奠定溢出效應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ);第四章是論文的重點(diǎn),通過構(gòu)建經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P图纯虏?道格拉斯生產(chǎn)模型的變形,運(yùn)用計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析和回歸分析,并根據(jù)中國(guó)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)政策延續(xù)性,把樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行階段性拆分,從而做出更貼近傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)踐的實(shí)證分析,最后擬合出模型,通過模型分析得出傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)外資的溢出效應(yīng)影響程度;最后一章是對(duì)全文的總結(jié),鑒于數(shù)據(jù)和信息的不完全,任何研究都是某一時(shí)段的不全面的研究,論文也旨在拋磚引玉,以期引起更多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,其中也指出了今后繼續(xù)研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing trend of economic globalization, all kinds of multinational enterprises are looking for opportunities for capital appreciation under the driving of interests. China's domestic industries are opening up step by step, actively participate in the international division of labor, and introduce international capital. As a dual industry, China's media industry, on the one hand, strictly abide by the responsibility of media publicity, on the one hand, actively carry out market-oriented operation. Set up media groups, actively broaden financing channels, and carry out capital operation. Since -20s, the penetration of foreign capital to the Chinese media market has not stopped, regardless of policy contraction and loosening. Foreign investment has been trying to circumvent or even touch the policy. In order to open up the Chinese media market, the Chinese media industry is enjoying the widening of financing channels and is also facing the competitive pressure from the media giants. Will it promote the development and optimization of Chinese media industry? What are the spillover effects of foreign capital entering this industry? This paper tries to give a reference solution through theoretical and empirical analysis. From the perspective of foreign investment and the development of Chinese media industry, this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and background of the media industry's utilization of foreign capital, as well as the basic research on the mode and scale of the media industry's utilization of foreign capital. Then in the third chapter, we gradually cut into the core of the article-foreign capital into the media industry spillover effect analysis, this chapter is the theory and impact analysis of foreign capital spillover effect of Chinese media industry. The paper mainly discusses the influence of foreign capital entry on the capital structure of Chinese media industry and the positive and negative spillover effect in theory, which lays the theoretical foundation of spillover effect. Chapter 4th is the focus of the paper, through the construction of empirical model, namely Cobb-Douglas production model deformation, the use of econometric methods to sample data correlation analysis and regression analysis. And according to the continuity of Chinese media industry policy, the sample data are split in stages, so as to make more close to the practice of the media industry empirical analysis, and finally fit the model. Through the analysis of the model, the influence degree of the spillover effect of foreign capital in the media industry is obtained. The last chapter is a summary of the full text, in view of the incomplete data and information, any research is an incomplete study of a certain period of time, the paper also aims to draw the attention of more scholars. It also points out the direction of further research.
