【摘要】：利用DEA模型對2009~2015年木竹產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行評價(jià),并與聯(lián)盟外企業(yè)進(jìn)行對比后發(fā)現(xiàn),聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出的綜合效率和純技術(shù)效率均高于聯(lián)盟外企業(yè),且聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)在技術(shù)產(chǎn)出(專利申請數(shù)量)和財(cái)務(wù)績效方面均優(yōu)于聯(lián)盟外企業(yè),說明聯(lián)盟的成立有助于促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的提升。但聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)的規(guī)模效率弱于聯(lián)盟外企業(yè),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高內(nèi)部管理效率。
[Abstract]:DEA model was used to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises in the strategic alliance of wood-bamboo industry technological innovation from 2009 to 2015, and the results were compared with those outside the alliance. The input-output comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the enterprises in the alliance are higher than those outside the alliance, and the enterprises in the alliance are superior to those outside the alliance in terms of technical output (number of patent applications) and financial performance. It shows that the establishment of alliance helps to promote the innovation ability of enterprises, but the scale efficiency of enterprises in the alliance is weaker than that of enterprises outside the alliance, so the internal management efficiency should be further improved.
