【摘要】：人口老齡化使我國的退休負(fù)擔(dān)不斷的加重,所以我國在不斷改革和完善養(yǎng)老保障制度以適應(yīng)老齡化社會的發(fā)展。本文以養(yǎng)老金會計為研究對象,通過系統(tǒng)分析養(yǎng)老金制度、養(yǎng)老金計劃以及養(yǎng)老金會計基礎(chǔ)理論,指出我國養(yǎng)老金制度和養(yǎng)老金會計存在的不足,并提出部分改進意見,以期養(yǎng)老金能更好地為公民生活提供保障。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population increases the retirement burden of our country, so our country is constantly reforming and perfecting the old-age security system to adapt to the development of the aging society. This paper takes pension accounting as the research object, through the systematic analysis of pension system, pension plan and the basic theory of pension accounting, points out the shortcomings of pension system and pension accounting in our country, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, in order to provide better protection for citizens' life.
