【摘要】：醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度作為社會(huì)保障體系中重要的一個(gè)組成部分，對(duì)人們的身體健康和醫(yī)療保障發(fā)揮著重要的作用。大連市是我國(guó)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度改革最早的試點(diǎn)城市之一。從1996年大連市就開始了職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的試點(diǎn)和探索，并于2000年正式建立了城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度，至今大連市的醫(yī)療制度改革和發(fā)展已經(jīng)走過了12年的歷程。由于目前我國(guó)老齡化趨勢(shì)的加劇，人口老齡化的壓力也考驗(yàn)著我國(guó)的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度。由于老年人口身體健康的特殊性，身體素質(zhì)較弱，身體累積的疾病較多，使得其更容易患上各種疾病，產(chǎn)生的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用也相對(duì)其他年齡階段更多，因此老年人的醫(yī)療保障問題也理應(yīng)受到社會(huì)更多的關(guān)注，才能維持社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展。 本文經(jīng)過大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀，，通過對(duì)相關(guān)專家的咨詢和參保者的訪談研究，構(gòu)建了大連市職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)老年參保者滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和滿意度調(diào)查問卷。調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放地點(diǎn)主要選擇在大連市內(nèi)中山、西崗、沙河口、甘井子四個(gè)區(qū)。通過問卷的發(fā)放和回收共得到有效問卷481份。本文主要通過SPSS軟件對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，其中用到的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法主要有因子分析、方差分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析等。 本文通過因子分析分析得到了關(guān)于滿意度的四個(gè)因子，經(jīng)過加權(quán)計(jì)算得到了老年參保者對(duì)職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)滿意度的綜合得分。通過對(duì)老年參保者個(gè)體特征因素的方差分析得到的結(jié)果表明，除性別外，年齡、文化程度、身體健康狀況、收入等因素對(duì)滿意度的影響均具有顯著的差異性。通過相關(guān)分析和回歸分析得到的結(jié)果表明，定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院、醫(yī)保政策、定點(diǎn)藥店、醫(yī)保中心對(duì)職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)老年參保者總體滿意度均具有顯著的正向影響。 通過對(duì)職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)老年參保者的滿意度分析和研究，本文最后提出了改進(jìn)和完善職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的具體對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:As an important part of social security system, medical insurance system plays an important role in people's health and medical security. Dalian is one of the earliest pilot cities in the reform of medical insurance system in China. Since 1996, Dalian began to pilot and explore the medical insurance system for workers and workers, and formally established the basic medical insurance system for urban workers in 2000. Up to now, the reform and development of medical system in Dalian has gone through the course of 12 years. Due to the aggravation of the aging trend in our country, the pressure of population aging also tests the medical insurance system of our country. Because of the particularity of the health of the elderly population, the physical quality is weak, the body accumulates more diseases, which makes it more likely to suffer from all kinds of diseases, and the medical expenses are also more than other age stages. therefore, the medical security of the elderly should also be paid more attention by the society in order to maintain the harmonious development of the society. Through the reading of a large number of relevant literature, through the consultation of relevant experts and the interview and research of the insured, this paper constructs the evaluation index system and satisfaction questionnaire of the elderly insured in Dalian medical insurance. The questionnaire was mainly distributed in Zhongshan, Xigang, Shahekou and Ganjingzi districts in Dalian. A total of 481 valid questionnaires were obtained through the distribution and recovery of questionnaires. In this paper, the relevant data are statistically analyzed by SPSS software, in which the main statistical analysis methods are factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. In this paper, four factors of satisfaction are obtained by factor analysis, and the comprehensive scores of medical insurance satisfaction of elderly insured persons are obtained by weighted calculation. The results of variance analysis of the individual characteristic factors of the elderly insured showed that there were significant differences in the influence of age, educational level, physical health status and income on satisfaction except sex. The results of correlation analysis and regression analysis show that designated hospitals, medical insurance policies, designated pharmacies and medical insurance centers have significant positive effects on the overall satisfaction of elderly insured workers. Through the analysis and research on the satisfaction of the elderly insured in the medical insurance for workers, this paper finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for improving and perfecting the medical insurance system for the staff and workers.
