太平人壽甘肅分公司實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:人才是企業(yè)最核心的競爭力,是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的基本保障。太平人壽甘肅分公司在當(dāng)前的快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,這給公司人才的挖掘、培養(yǎng)、留用帶來一系列挑戰(zhàn),尤其后備人才培養(yǎng)問題尤為突出。實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制作為實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目中不可或缺的組成部分,對公司后備人才的培養(yǎng)起著重要的作用。本文以理論文獻(xiàn)研究為基礎(chǔ),通過運(yùn)用訪談研究法、對比分析法以及問卷調(diào)查和訪談法等方法,從回顧太平人壽甘肅分公司實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)習(xí)生對培訓(xùn)的評價(jià)入手,討論公司實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)中的不足,并對其不足提出解決的具體對策,然后對實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制做出改進(jìn)方案。本文由五個(gè)部分組成。首先在引言部分,介紹選題的背景,提出太平人壽甘肅分公司人才培養(yǎng)的緊迫性及對實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制研究的意義,闡明研究方法和結(jié)構(gòu)。然后在理論綜述部分,對工作特性理論、動(dòng)機(jī)理論、人才成長的綜合效應(yīng)理論以及知識(shí)共享理論中相關(guān)部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述,并對理論在文中的指導(dǎo)作用作以描述。第三部分,太平人壽甘肅分公司實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀。介紹太平人壽甘肅分公司的基本情況、公司實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,分析公司目前實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)存在的問題。第四部分,太平人壽甘肅分公司實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制建設(shè)。建立實(shí)習(xí)生挖掘機(jī)制——找到企業(yè)合適的實(shí)習(xí)生,實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃——明確的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo),實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施——完善的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行模式——有效的培訓(xùn)保障,建立實(shí)習(xí)生考核機(jī)制——業(yè)績與人才同步成長。最后結(jié)論與展望部分,對研究的問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的總結(jié),并指出文章的不足之處和實(shí)習(xí)生培訓(xùn)機(jī)制需要注意和改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises and the basic guarantee to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises. In the current period of rapid development, Taiping Life Gansu Branch brings a series of challenges to the excavation, training and retention of talents, especially the problem of reserve personnel training. As an indispensable part of intern program, intern training mechanism plays an important role in the cultivation of reserve talents. On the basis of theoretical literature research, this paper reviews the status quo of intern training in Taiping Life Gansu Branch and the evaluation of intern training by using the methods of interview research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, etc. This paper discusses the shortcomings in the cultivation of interns in the company, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve them, and then makes an improvement scheme for the training mechanism of interns. This paper consists of five parts. First of all, in the introduction, this paper introduces the background of the topic, puts forward the urgency of talent training in Taiping Life Gansu Branch and the significance of the research on the intern training mechanism, and expounds the research methods and structure. Then in the part of theory review, the theory of job characteristics, motivation theory, the theory of comprehensive effect of talent growth and knowledge sharing theory are described, and the guiding role of the theory in the paper is described. The third part, Taiping Life Gansu Branch Intern training status. This paper introduces the basic situation of Taiping Life Gansu Branch, the present situation of intern training and the operation of intern training mechanism, and analyzes the existing problems of intern training in Taiping Life Insurance Company. The fourth part, Taiping Life Gansu Branch Intern training Mechanism Construction. Establish intern mining mechanism-find suitable interns in the enterprise, plan interns training programs-clear training objectives, implement intern training-perfect training programs, The operation mode of intern training program-effective training guarantee, establishment of intern assessment mechanism-performance and talent simultaneous growth. Finally, the conclusion and prospect part systematically summarizes the problems studied, and points out the shortcomings of the article and the places where the intern training mechanism needs to be paid attention to and improved.
