【摘要】：文章從金融科技的企業(yè)屬性入手,以眾安保險為例,從金融屬性出發(fā),以收入、成本、風控和產品等財務數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,定量分析企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀;并從科技屬性出發(fā),以用戶服務、技術創(chuàng)新、組織構架、運行流程等角度定性評判企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢。對于金融科技企業(yè)的估值,需要綜合考慮金融屬性和科技屬性,最終目標是反映金融科技企業(yè)的合理價值。
[Abstract]:This article starts from the enterprise attribute of financial science and technology, takes security insurance as an example, embarks from the financial attribute, based on the financial data such as income, cost, risk control and product, analyzes the present situation of the enterprise quantitatively; Based on the attributes of science and technology, the future development trend of the enterprise is evaluated qualitatively from the aspects of user service, technological innovation, organization structure and operation process. For the valuation of financial science and technology enterprises, financial attributes and technology attributes should be considered comprehensively, and the ultimate goal is to reflect the reasonable value of financial technology enterprises.
