【摘要】：我國(guó)自2004年發(fā)布企業(yè)年金試行方案以來(lái)，企業(yè)年金一直扮演著補(bǔ)充養(yǎng)老金的重要角色。本文從G銀行企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀入手，研究了G銀行發(fā)展企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和潛在的威脅。隨后，總結(jié)了G銀行的受托管理、賬戶(hù)管理等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)；同時(shí)，也考慮到了制約商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)年金發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部因素，并剖析了G銀行在開(kāi)拓企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。然后，通過(guò)借鑒美日等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家銀行的成功做法，再對(duì)比我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的做法，找出差異并有針對(duì)性的有重點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)與效仿。最后，提出G銀行未來(lái)企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)量和業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模的發(fā)展目標(biāo)，進(jìn)而提出了G銀行在未來(lái)企業(yè)年金發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要策略。
[Abstract]:Since the release of the pilot scheme of enterprise annuity in 2004, occupational pension has been playing an important role in supplementary pension. In this paper, the market environment and potential threat of G bank's development of enterprise annuity business are studied from the current situation of G bank's enterprise annuity business. Then, the paper summarizes the advantages of G bank's fiduciary management and account management. At the same time, it also takes into account the internal and external factors that restrict the development of enterprise annuity in commercial banks, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of developing enterprise annuity business in G bank. Then, by drawing lessons from the successful practices of developed countries such as the United States and Japan, and comparing the practices of our commercial banks, we can find out the differences and focus on learning and emulation. Finally, the paper puts forward the development target of G bank's future enterprise annuity business volume and business scale, and then puts forward the important strategy of G bank in the future enterprise annuity development process.
