【摘要】：正保險公司的現金流是衡量企業(yè)經營狀況的重要指標,現金流管理也是保險公司財務風險管理的重點。長期以來,現金流管理一直被視為保險總公司的職責,保險分支機構在其中發(fā)揮的作用常被忽略,存在明顯的速動資產管理缺陷,保險分支機構現金流管理的重要性日益凸顯。
[Abstract]:The cash flow of positive insurance company is an important index to measure the operating condition of the enterprise, and cash flow management is also the key point of the financial risk management of the insurance company. For a long time, cash flow management has been regarded as the responsibility of insurance head office, the role of insurance branch is often ignored, there are obvious defects in the management of quick assets, and the importance of cash flow management of insurance branch is becoming more and more important.
