S保險(xiǎn)公司培訓(xùn)管理研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的今天,人作為企業(yè)的重要資產(chǎn),對(duì)人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈,而企業(yè)對(duì)人力資源最重要的投資就是在企業(yè)中開展員工培訓(xùn)。員工的培訓(xùn)是為企業(yè)中的員工提供知識(shí)和相關(guān)技能,提高員工的知識(shí)水平和專業(yè)技能,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,在企業(yè)的中開展及時(shí)、有效的培訓(xùn)工作將有利于企業(yè)保持和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)活力。如今,企業(yè)在管理過(guò)程中越來(lái)越重視企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)工作,并且在這方面的投入也越來(lái)越多,F(xiàn)在的問(wèn)題是:怎樣設(shè)計(jì),或者涉及什么樣子的企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系,能達(dá)到員工培訓(xùn)的效果,來(lái)保證企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。近年來(lái),保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,新的保險(xiǎn)及有價(jià)證券產(chǎn)品層出不窮,對(duì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的制度關(guān)切與審查不斷加強(qiáng)。溝通工具與技術(shù)進(jìn)步日新月異,法律與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的挑戰(zhàn)愈演愈烈,而需要處理的信息也越來(lái)越多。隨著經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)是趨復(fù)雜,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)對(duì)穩(wěn)定性和指導(dǎo)性和需求也不斷增長(zhǎng)。本文以S保險(xiǎn)公司為研究對(duì)象,首先通過(guò)閱讀大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,歸納并介紹s保險(xiǎn)公司先進(jìn)的培訓(xùn)理論和培訓(xùn)方法。然后分析實(shí)地調(diào)查收據(jù)到的數(shù)據(jù)資料,分析總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)公司培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)公司在員工培訓(xùn)體系中的存在的問(wèn)題,最后提出以S保險(xiǎn)公司的員工培訓(xùn)體系為對(duì)照的完善方案。在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)上,S保險(xiǎn)公司變革人才培養(yǎng)方式,通過(guò)人才的培養(yǎng),保持公司人才核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保證公司在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, people, as an important asset of enterprises, are more and more competitive to talents, and the most important investment in human resources is to develop employee training in enterprises. Staff training is to provide knowledge and related skills to employees in enterprises, improve their knowledge and professional skills, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, timely and effective training will help enterprises to maintain and enhance their vitality. Nowadays, enterprises pay more and more attention to the training of enterprises in the process of management. Now the problem is: how to design, or what kind of employee training system can achieve the effect of employee training, to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, with the rapid development of the insurance industry, new insurance and marketable securities products emerge in endlessly. Communication tools and technology are advancing with each passing day, the challenges of law and competition are becoming more and more serious, and more information needs to be dealt with. With the complexity of business activities, the stability, guidance and demand of the insurance industry are also growing. In this paper, S insurance company as the research object, first of all through reading a lot of literature, summarized and introduced s insurance company advanced training theory and training methods. Then, by analyzing the data from the field investigation receipts, and analyzing and summarizing the current situation of the training of traditional insurance companies, we can find out the existing problems of the traditional insurance companies in the employee training system. At last, the paper puts forward a perfect scheme of S insurance company's employee training system. In the fierce competition market, S insurance company changes the talent training way, through the talented person training, maintains the company talented person core competition ability, guarantees the company to be in the superiority position in the market competition.
