【摘要】：正近期,保險行業(yè)認真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于金融安全的重要講話精神,在整治保險市場亂象、防控行業(yè)風(fēng)險方面采取了一系列舉措,保險業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)得以迅速調(diào)整,保險業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展取得初步成效。筆者認為,目前的市場整頓是十分必要的,治理效果也難能可貴。但是,要想把監(jiān)管者的意志變?yōu)槿袠I(yè)的自覺行為,從根本上鏟除產(chǎn)生市場亂象的土壤,必須加強行業(yè)風(fēng)險文化建設(shè)。風(fēng)險文化建設(shè)與保險業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系風(fēng)險文化主要涵蓋三個方面內(nèi)容:一是參與者的風(fēng)險意識;二是從業(yè)者和
[Abstract]:Recently, the insurance industry has conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on financial security, and has taken a series of measures to rectify the chaos in the insurance market and to prevent and control risks in the industry, and the insurance business structure has been rapidly adjusted. The transformation and development of the insurance industry has achieved initial results. I believe that the current market consolidation is very necessary, governance effect is also commendable. However, if we want to turn the will of the regulator into the conscious behavior of the whole industry and root out the soil of market chaos, we must strengthen the construction of industry risk culture. The relationship between the Construction of risk Culture and the Development of Insurance Industry risk Culture mainly covers three aspects: one is the risk consciousness of the participants, the other is the risk consciousness of the practitioners and the insurance industry.
